我们就拿中国的足球说事吧，这很说明问题。说中国的球员表现极差，教练都恨不得上去亲自替换他，现场观众提前离场了，电视观众气的把电视机都砸了，比赛输了是一定的了，那样的猪头怎么可能赢了？
比赛结束后，第二天的电视和报纸都要报道，你们见过有一个记者把这是如实地反映到报纸或者电视里了吗？你见过他们清楚的写出来或报道，这场比赛之所以输了，不是球队的事，而是某位或者几位球员的问题吗？从来没有人指出他们的`缺点和错误，每次都是一味的鼓励，说他现在还年轻，还有时间慢慢发展。
有外籍教练为此气愤的要命，他们说，是的，你现在二十二岁了，可四年后你二十六岁了，你已经是老队员了，你还有什么时间？在国外，如果有球员打的不好，教练会直接了当地对他说，嘿，伙计，你防守太差了，你进攻不好，你需要改进！还有更让他们奇怪的和气愤的，就是中国的媒体也好，球类协会也好，对球员都过于溺爱，也许有中国文化的原因，但是，这样下去，球员无法得到进步，于是，你的国家的球队也就不怎么样了！
我看这位外籍教练大人有点大惊小怪了，在中国，这已经是见怪不怪的事了！其实中国的球员也好，官员也好，领导也好，凡是有点社会地位的人，相关的媒体向来是不怎么报忧的，有时候甚至说实话，他们也不敢得罪，人家以后不接受你采访怎么办？万一以后是你领导了给你小鞋穿怎么办？
我是说，这位教练大人他没有生活，没有在中国的生活体验，乱说什么话？他在中国待的时间短了，人家球员和领导不尿你那一壶；他在中国时间长了，很多球员和领导的面子他又不能不给；那怎么办呢？
请客吃饭打哈哈，不就是踢球打球嘛，那么认真干吗？生活嘛！
