来到公园，我便感到天空突然变得瓦蓝，随之是一股植物特有的清新空气扑面而来，让人感到心旷神怡。
进入公园，沿着红色的胶皮道前进，道路两旁的几棵树上面都挂着昨夜落下的“珍珠”，我调皮地把珍珠打下来，落在胶皮道上，发出“噼噼啪啪”的声响，煞是悦耳。
我随老师来到了林木区，里面伫立着许多各式各样的“卫兵”，守护着中心如明镜般的湖泊。
走到半路，积压了许久的雨终于落了下来，如丝，如针，无声无息。我们急忙撑开了伞，犹如在空中长出了一簇簇的小蘑菇，有花的.，有红的，有粉的······我们沿着两旁有小野花的小径走过，走到尽头，才猛然惊觉，我们绕着“明镜”悠闲地走了一圈了。
雨停了，我们也走出了林木区，沿着红色胶皮道继续往前走。我们经过了一座桥，低头向下看时，一条条鱼儿欢快地游来游去。再往前走，就没有什么了。
往回走时，走到一名“卫兵”旁，看见了一直胆小的蜗牛。我一碰它，它就慢慢的把细小的头缩了回去。碰了五六次，它便再也不把头伸出了。我觉得很有趣，便给它起了个“小乌龟”的名字。
带着它，也带着好心情，满足地离开了这个充满清新空气的奥林匹克森林公园。

北京奥运会开幕后的第4天晚上，奥运频道正在直播精彩而又刺激的男子69公斤级举重比赛，我国选手廖辉和韩国选手李培永参加了这次比赛。听解说员介绍，两人都有夺金的实力。
在抓举比赛中，李培永表现得非常出色，以153公斤的成绩排在第二位，比第一名廖辉的成绩少4公斤。接下来的比赛是挺举，李培永再次登场，他为了在总成绩上超过廖辉，第一次试举便要了184公斤，但在在上挺发力时出现失误，不仅没有成功，还将左脚踝关节崴伤，被教练和工作人员搀扶着走进了休息室。
经过两分钟的短暂治疗后，李培永一瘸一拐地走到杠铃前，这次试举他要了186公斤，只有举起这个重量才能与廖辉的总成绩持平，再利用体重优势获得胜利。现场观众以热烈的掌声欢迎这位韩国老将，只见他额头上冒着虚汗，左小腿颤着，使出浑身力气猛然的.一举，还是失败了！他微笑着向观众致意后走下台去。在人们猜测他是否会放弃最后一次试举的时候，李培永第三次站在了杠铃前，顽强的抓起杠铃，但仍然没有成功，他痛苦的大吼一声趴在了试举台上。现场霎时爆发出雷鸣般的掌声，观众们起身为他长时间的鼓掌，为他在比赛中表现出的顽强拼搏、不屈不挠的奥运精神发出由衷的赞叹，我也被他的表现所感动。
第二天我在家里练萨克斯，吹到一个地方卡住了，有一段怎么吹也吹不通顺，这个时侯定时的闹钟响了，虽然我可以不再吹下去了，但我一下子想起了李培永，于是又反反复复地吹了好几遍，尽管这几遍还是没成功，但我尽力了，我心里很高兴，妈妈还表扬我：“你已经慢慢开始领会奥运精神了！”
奥林匹克精神中最重要的不是胜利，而是参与。我想，冠军只有一个，但每个人都应该去努力，去冲击更快、更高、更强的目标。奥运精神激励我们每个人不断进步，让世界更加美好！

I surely disagree with father ’s philosophy. As a leader, he shouldn ’t use his power to make money. It is his duty to serve people wholeheartedly, just one person said “with great power comes great responsibility ”. If he stick to his philosophy. I believe that he will spend the rest of his life in prison. What’s worse, he could affect his son ’s philosophy, guiding him in the opposite direction , nothing can be done to reverse the trend itself. The only solution is to change father ’s philosophy. Because of many greedy officials in China, it is time to reverse the trend itself by establishing new policy. As Chinese always has been our confidence that we can change for the better and better.
In my opinion, there is more to to life than just money -it is happiness, nothing is important than happiness. We can live a colorful life in our spare time.
