2、教师的榜样。要培养学生做好读书笔记，教师应以身作则，做好示范，勤做读书笔记。如：在教学工作中，我总是陪同学生一道预习课文，即在读书过程中，先不做笔记，专心地看，遇到精彩处，有感悟处，疑问处，在书上画画写采用批注式笔记，即在正文的空白处用简短的文字做扼要的提示批注，并在正文中做上各种各样的记号(如：重点词用“△△△”，好句子用“”，中心句用“～～”，文章的段落划分用“//”等，把自己在书中做的笔记给学生展示。要生要爱惜书，在书中做笔记要清楚整齐，不要把书弄得很脏，不要涂划得连原文都看不清楚了。符号不能作得过多，如果整页整页都围上圈，划上线，全都成了重点，就等于没有了重点，符号也就失去了它的意义。每一种符号所代表的意思，自己应该固定下来，不要随意改动。

我们的班主任兼语文老师是一个有着多年教学经验的中年教师，他非常敬业，每日总是催我们学习学习再学习。但说归说，由于大部分同学都抱着破罐子破摔的想法，全班的学习成绩始终上不去，在全年级八个班中各科考试成绩屡屡倒数第一。

我一面拭着眼泪，一面等着老师的“剋”。只见老师走到我的桌前，面带微笑地对我说：“老师知道这次考试虽然你在班上成绩最差，但你已经尽力了。人生还要经历千百次考试，只有千百次的努力，才会成功。老师和同学们真切地期待你的成功。”老师的一席话让我慢慢地平静下来。
他接着对同学们说：“我和你们一样，都是大山里出来的孩子，我们的祖辈给了我们一个共同的法宝，那就是农村孩子能吃苦耐劳的一股子劲。今天我们就要为这一股子劲发奖，把这次考试奖发给班上考分最少的`一位同学。”顿时，教室里响起了同学们一片热烈的掌声。

兴趣是最的好的老师，只有当学生认识到了做读书笔记的作用，并对它产生浓厚兴趣的时候，才能激发他们做笔记的积极性。在教学中，教师要善于营造氛围，让学生在宽松、愉悦的气氛中学做读书笔记。
1、每天利用小黑板做“台历式”笔记。指导班上书写好，成绩优秀的学生把课内外阅读中看到的精辟的好句子，如：警句、典故、谚语、学习中的疑问和心得记录在“小黑板”。这样做，既让学生随意积累了语言，又营造了热爱学习，勤做笔记的氛围。
2、开展手抄小报展览活动。组织学生利用课余时间，可以一人自办，也可以多人合办。要求学生把课内或课外阅读中认为最有用的内容汇编在手抄小报上(这也是读书笔记的一种形式。把办的张贴在教室里，供大家参观，让学生投票评选最佳小报。
3、开展语言积累知识竞赛活动。为了促进学生课外大量阅读，勤做读书笔记，教师可每隔两周进行一次课外阅读知识竞赛。赛题由学生从平时的课外读书笔记中选，内容主要有诗词、成语、格言、等。参赛的学生兴致勃勃，觉得过瘾，有挑战力，非常有意思。没参赛的同学纷纷向老师索取赛题，也要尝试练习，这项开放性的竞赛，可以让学生感受到做读书笔记的成功和愉悦。
