一个社会的表象文化流行是一个民族与国家的精神现状的体现。卢梭曾言：人生而自由，却无时不在于枷锁之中。我们的社会又岂不是处于低俗劣质文化的牢狱之内，莫让低俗劣质网红侵蚀你的精神，荡涤清风正气，人人有责。
平息焦躁的内心，让灵魂跟上。我国经济飞速发展，但人们的精神世界却远远落后于物质水平。当下网红的流行是社会的一个真实写照。网络红人以互联网为中介，以贩卖低俗劣质的内容为依托而吸金的同时，网民对网红的大力支持，其实也反映了网民们精神上缺少了积极向上的精神文化，所以这才造成他们精神空虚的焦虑现状。缺乏了强有力的精神支柱，物质上的满足并不能达到网民的要求，填补人们内心的空虚。因此，网红之所以流行，是因为网红有生存与繁殖的社会土壤。我们只有稍稍停下脚步，认真阅读优秀文化，才能充实内心，让灵魂跟上，才能彻底消失网红生存的土壤。只有这样，我们才能还社会精神文明的浩荡清风。
莫让网红助长社会污浊风气，引导网红服务精神文明的建设。网红的发展也有一个历程与变迁。由经历了从靠个人才华博得关注，到后来的借助出位言行与贩卖低俗劣质内容成为网络红人。如今我国网红已经达到百万人，其扩张迅速，一时之间并不能制止其发展势头，我们就应引导那些靠贩卖低俗劣质网红向弘扬社会正气转型升级，勿再助长社会不良风气，应是“吾将上下而求索”，努力为弘扬社会正气尽一份力，共建美丽中国与健康中国。
如今低俗劣质网红的泛滥是历史的一个变迁中的一种文化粗糙现象，应具体问题具体分析，抓住矛盾来解决问题。让低俗劣质网红在侵蚀社会生活开始之时就划上一个休止符，来努力提高网民的自我思想修养。
当今低俗劣质网红的盛行，我们不应熟视无睹或习以为常，应该引起全社会的反思，还社会一片清风正气吧。我愿掬一杯盈盈月光，为网民们增添一份安康。

中国人民大学经济学院教授李义平认为，网红现象会助长一部分人通过各种途径试图一夜暴富的浮躁风气，当这个社会中人都不那么平静、都想一夜暴富的时候，这个社会就是不正常的，再者，迅速成名的网红又多是昙花一现。因为真正的“红”在现代社会需要持续的能力的支持，网红不会提供这一方面的知识和能力。如果说网红可以创造价值和GDP的话，它只会推高GDP的泡沫。相比之下，农业方面的GDP涉及到“谁来养活中国”，制造业方面的GDP涉及到“中国的强大预付”，网红不创造任何物质财富，只不过是物质财富的一种再分配。

这八天的校园生活，可以说，它既给我带来了快乐，但是，它也给我带来了悲伤！
在星期一的下午，我依旧在写着英语作业，这个时候，一道题，使我陷入了久久地沉思中……时间一分一秒的过去，我还是浸在这道题的海洋中……这时，我想起了她——我的`英语老师！
于是，便打算和朋友去问题，可是，老师还在她的班级，不出来，没有办法，只到站在走廊里面等待着……
天空渐渐地黑了下来，我和朋友有一些无聊，便开始说笑，玩耍，打闹，正当她把我从教室里推出来的时候，英语老师从她的班级里出来了。
当我看到了寇老师，心里便开始紧张了起来，一串串问号马上蹿到了我的脑中：“完了完了，我和朋友玩耍，肯定让寇老师看到了，她会不会说我呢？会不会……都是xx推我，不然才不会……”想到这里，我迅速跑回了班里，马上把朋友拉了出来，想趁现在去问题，可是，老师已经到了办公室。
没有办法，我们只好向办公室走去，一路上，我们是打打闹闹地来到了办公室。没有想到，到了办公室门口，我们又开始议论，让谁先进办公室，最后，朋友没有任何办法，只好先进了。
一进办公室，老师为我们讲解完我们的问题后，就对我们说：“这两个人可在班里面玩儿好了，现在就开始笑呀！看看！笑的！”老师一边笑，一边对我们说。我和朋友都不约而同的笑了起来。
可是，在第二天发生的事情，让我永远都无法忘记。
那天下午，我和朋友照旧去问题，这次是朋友有不懂的题。
到了办公室，老师为我们讲题，还时不时地问我们一些问题，可是，也不知道为什么，平时那些我都会，怎么一到这里，全部都忘了？可能是紧张的原因吧！寇老师见我们半天没有回答，就对我们说：“哎呀！我真想一人揍你们一下！”而且，她的表情，不是生气的表情，虽然是笑着说的，但是，可以看出，她简直是无可奈何，连这么简单的问题，都回答不上来，老师能不这样嘛！
当我们走出了办公室，寇老师又突然对我们说：“学过的东西都忘地光光的！”我和朋友听后，都不好意思的笑了。
开学后的这两件事情，我永远都不会忘记，因为，老师这样做，都是关心我们，我不会辜负您对我们的期望！
