读书这个词大家都非常熟悉，但是在读书和选书方面就不一定能懂了。古人在《弟子规》这本经典中写到“非圣书，摒勿视。蔽聪明，坏心志”。在读书时也有这样的讲究，“读书法，有三道。心眼口，信皆要”。
我的青春就是从读书开始的。
在上一年级的时候，爸爸就明智的给我选择了中华传统文化的经典《弟子规》，还给我找了一位教我读书的崔老师。当我第一次到崔老师家的时候，崔老师一见面就先和蔼可亲的像我们鞠了一个标准的九十度躬。当时我还小，只知道老师做什么我就做什么。所以就糊里糊涂的轻轻弯了一下腰。我的第一堂读书课就这样开始了。
在一个十多平米的小客厅里。崔老师领着我坐在一张桌子旁。她坐在我的对面。这是我第一次近距离的和崔老师接触。她长着圆圆的脸蛋，细而黑的眉毛下有着一双安详、慈爱的眼睛，说起话来柔和、缓慢。我的心一下子就不紧张了。这时，崔老师说：“老师先给你讲一下为什么要鞠躬，一是鞠躬是给自己鞠的------时刻提醒自己保持谦恭的心。二是鞠躬是给对方鞠的-------学会尊重他人是做人最基本的美德。好了，接下来我们就开始学习读书。崔老师说：”读书有几个要点。1、要先洗手，目的是要保持书本的整洁。2、要静坐一会儿，目的是去除好动的毛病。3、读书还要做到《弟子规》的“凡道字，重且舒。勿急疾，勿模糊”。这句话的意思是告诉我们在读书的时候要口齿清晰，咬字要清楚不要太快，更不要模糊不清。然后崔老师就一段一段的教我读书《弟子规》，直到读熟为止。读书完后我的心里非常的清净、安详。这种清净、安详的心一直伴随我到现在，虽然有的时候还会浮躁，但一想起崔老师的教诲。我的心就会很快平静下来。
那时，崔老师还跟我讲过，《弟子规》原名叫《训蒙文》，是由清朝康熙年间秀才李毓秀根据《论语-学而篇》第六条“弟子入则孝，出则弟，谨而信，泛爱众，而亲仁，行有余力，则以学文” 所编写的。后来经过清朝贾存仁修订改编，编成一千零八十字的《弟子规》。有道是“读书百遍，其意自现“。只要我们用真诚、清净的心来做事，来读书。就没有不成功的事情。
就这样，我少年时代就养成了良好的读书习惯。后来，由于离开了崔老师，读书的习惯就开始时断时续了。现在才感觉到特别后悔，后悔那时没有抓紧时间好好学习。书到用时方恨少，我现在悔悟了，决心继续坚持学习读书。争取让经典读书伴随我的一生。
