summer can be very hot in southern taiwan where the temperature usually goes up to 32"c or more. because of the heat it is a trying experience to go to school or do anything else in a place that is not air-conditioned. also because of this i stay at home most of the time during the summer vacation and only occasionally go to the beach to plunge myself into the cool water as a way to keep my body less sticky.
actually i like swimming and think nothing is more refreshing than a swim. in the summer vacation that has just ended i went swimming many times with my classmates and we all had a good time. this summer vacation, however, was not spent entirely in seeking fun. as a second-year senior student i had to prepare myself for the college entrance examinations that were only a year away. in other words, i must find time to study, too.
so i divided my time between work and play during the summer vacation and derived much benefit from this arrangement.

第一天， 教练先教我们换气，换气的方法是先在
水面深深的'吸一口气，潜到水里后用鼻子使劲吐出气。刚开始我经常呛水，不是还没把头探出来就吸气，就是水下用嘴吐气，水钻进了鼻子里，十分难受，不过现在我已经不呛水了。
第二天， 教练终于要教我们蛙泳了，我兴奋极了。
教练先让我们在长椅子上趴着练动作，教练对我们讲了洼泳的动作：先把脚往里面沟，把小腿往前弯曲到腰附近，然后从两侧把腿蹬开，把脚要伸直，这们就可以减少阻力。第一次游，教练让我们套上游泳圈游。第二次，教练就让我们拿差塑料浮板游，说是浮板，其实把手浮上水面，只要稍加压力，它就沉下去了，虽然沉得不深，伸还是有一定深度的，怪不得教练第一次不让我们拿呢。
第三天到了，教练教了我们划臂的动作，划臂就是憋一口气在水中游时，游了一会儿，憋不住时，只要把双手往两侧一划，头就可以浮上水面，伸时间很短，你在这此时间里可以换一口气，接着游，前几次我还不太熟练，经常呛水。我绕着游泳池游了几圈，都没呛一口水，我高兴极了。
我终于学会了游泳，我心里比吃了蜜声学家甜。我想游泳真好，既是一项锻炼身体的体育活动，又是一个逃生的技能。我现在越来越喜欢它了。

I went to the countryside to spend my summer holidays this year. I liked green plants, clear rivers and lovely amimals there.I breathed the fresh air on the mountain and sometimes I went swimming in the river. I kept a diary every day.

??假作文北京游记范文7月17日，我们达到了北京，开始了5天之行，这是我第一次来到北京，前往宾馆的路上，我就被那浓浓的人文文化所打动了。
第二天早上7点多我们来到了天安门广场，虽是清晨，但广场上挤满了前来参观的游客，望着那高高耸立的天安门，身在茫茫人海中的我感觉到了渺小的含义。天安门的正对面是人民英雄纪念碑，因为一些缘故，我们没能近距离的观赏石碑。我曾多次在电视上看到过天安门，***的画像挂在天安门的正中央，他的眼睛注视着前往天安门的每一个人。走进天安门的大门，便是故宫了。
故宫是最令我陶醉的地方，这里是明，清两朝的皇宫，这里是历史的汇聚，这里可能曾发生过惨无人道的厮***，也可能是一个新的朝代的起源。故宫规模宏伟，布局严整，建筑精美，富丽华贵，收藏有许多的稀世文物，是我国古代建筑、文化、艺术的精华。
我们由午门走入，从神武门走出，通过十几所宫殿，不论是富丽堂皇的珍宝馆、钟表馆;还是慈禧举办宴请的皇极殿;壮观的九龙壁;令人揪心的珍妃井，都给故宫蒙上了一层神秘的面纱，也给我的心中带来了震撼。从神武门走出后的我恋恋不舍，暮然回头，那清晰的“故宫博物馆”的大字展现在我们的面前，于是，我想，故宫是辉煌的，有多少人挤破头想进入这封锁了的紫禁城，因为胜利者可以享受着至高无上的荣誉;故宫是伤心的，又有多少人想从这里逃出?“城里的人想出来，城外的人想进去。”可能你获得了一切，却发现只是烟云一场，进口的午门便是最好的`证明。
下午我们来到了国子监，孔庙。导游告诉我们，院中的门槛需男左女右的跨过去，没有出错的话，那便恭喜你，在人生中也跨过了一道坎。
令我印象深刻的是孔庙中的一棵古树，这里的故事得从奸臣严嵩开始说起，传说古树可以辨别奸善，而严嵩也正是走过这棵树时被风吹落了乌纱帽。现在暂且在这奇妙的故事中拉回思绪，孔庙是为了祭拜圣人孔子而建成的，而国子监则是是我国元、明、清三代国家管理教育的最高行政机构和国家设立的最高学府，其教育的优秀程度超过如今的清华，北大。
孔庙，国子监均建设与元朝，虽然时间的推移使建筑物不得不进行重修，但那份敬仰不会离去。
第三天4点多我们便起床前往天安门广场观看升旗仪式，天安门广场规定每天日出时间升旗，日落降旗，以象征五星红旗与太阳同升同落。5点，军队踏着整齐的步伐走出天安门城楼，整齐的脚步声格外响亮，全场寂静无声，当那鲜艳的五星红旗伴着中华人民共和国国歌缓缓上升时，大家都不由自主的拿出相机，记录下这一刻。
7：30我们达到了八达岭长城，我们乘坐缆车达到八达岭，那一座座山脉，建立起的城墙，不断的有人往上攀爬。一到达八达岭，我和哥哥就兴奋的开始了攀爬，可是，心有余而力不足，长城的许多路不平坦，使人十分的吃力，没没过一会，我们俩就大汗淋漓，气喘吁吁了。但是，虽累犹荣，我可以自豪的说我到过长城，爬上好汉坡，***的“不到长城非好汉”，我们做到了。
下午，我看到了鸟巢，水立方的外观，2008，虽不能在鸟巢中观看奥运比赛，但2年后我看到了这几座雄伟的建筑物时，还是不虚此行，红/黄两色的鸟巢、梦幻蓝的水立方在车子的行驶中纵横交错，渐渐模糊。
我的眼皮也早已受不了上午爬长城的折腾，开始打起架来。
第四天，我们乘船过慈禧水道到达颐和园，慈禧水道是慈禧太后每年夏天去颐和园游览、避暑所必经的水路，08年为迎接奥运会召开而开发为水路旅游专线。水道四周的精致很美，云雾中隐约的一座寺庙引起了我的注意，导游解释说这座寺庙是清乾隆帝为一位女子所建，因这位女子是一位尼姑，所以，为了防止是非，和珅给皇帝出了个注意，在水道旁建了一座寺庙，每当乾隆皇帝乘船去颐和园时，在此停歇与尼姑相见，只可惜，红颜祸水，没过多久，尼姑因思乡心切，病劳成疾，远离人世了。
颐和园之大，之美，之雅，若非亲眼所见，的确很难叫人相信，正是这种多样交集的美，成就这座皇家园林，去过颐和园的人们都会记得那条“长廊”，以精美的绘画著称，有546幅西湖胜景和8000多幅人物故事、山水花鸟。并在92年以“世界上最长的长廊”列入吉尼斯世界纪录。
颐和园之大，之美，之雅，也若非三言两语就可形容，它如一幅平静的山水画，时如一点飞鸿影下的炫姿，园中飘扬着的柳条儿，如仙女般婀娜，如梦如幻。
下午，我们来到了清华大学，清华的校区宽阔明朗，我们在清华大学的匾额下拍照留恋，在绿树繁茂的树荫下，同清华学子探讨学习之道。清华之行，使我对大学的生活充满了好奇和憧憬，我一定要发奋学习，在不久，也可以在自己理想的校园中踏着草坪，漫步。清华的校区里有很大片的荷塘，朱自清曾再次观赏，写下了著名的《荷塘月色》，“弯弯的杨柳的稀疏的倩影，却又像是画在荷叶上。塘中的月色并不均匀;但光与影有着和谐的旋律，如梵婀玲上奏着的名曲。”这里的荷塘清幽平静，使人心平静思索。
第五日，7月21日，我们乘上了回上海的高铁，看着离我们越来越远的北京城，流连忘返，那雄伟的建筑，桃花源般的园林，等待探索的遗迹，被时间尘封了的历史，只不过，对对错错，是是非非，都早已过去。
