今天是周末，我可以好好放松放松啦！下午点钟，妈妈就带我到小区转转。来散步的人还真不少呢！看来大家都十分注重身体健康。忽然，我们听到了一阵节奏明快的音乐声，循声望去，原来是一群中老年人排着整齐的队伍在跳舞呢。
我首先看到了五排整整齐齐的队伍，他们都随着音乐走着舞步。第一排的老奶奶们显然都是些！闭着眼睛都会跳呢！这时，我看到了最后一排的边上是一位老奶奶，她还不是很会跳，不太跟的上，一看就是个，但是，她依然跟着前面的人学。只见她的.眼睛紧紧地盯着前面的人，每一个动作都那么认真。虽然动作还不是那么自然，节奏踩得不是很准，就像一个木偶一样。但是，她一定是跳的最认真，最专注的一个。我要向她学习，不怕困难，坚持到底！
一首音乐结束了，大家都坐在旁边的草坪上休息。老奶奶还不忘和身边的人交流动作。真是一个爱学习的老太太呀！在回家的路上，妈妈说以后我们也要多出来走走，呼吸一些新鲜空气，看看绿色植物。
