那么该如何维持饮食均衡呢?其实不难，记得有句广告词语是这么说的，“天天五蔬果，健康带着走！”，因为蔬菜、水果含有丰富的维生素、维他命与纤维素，养颜美容又可帮助肠胃蠕动消化，促进身体新陈代谢。另外适度摄取鱼、肉、坚果类等食物以及乳製品，是获得对人体健康有益的蛋白质、矿物质主要来源;但油炸食品及没有营养价值的垃圾食物，则应少吃为妙，以免跟您的身体健康过不去。
以上是我对均衡饮食重要性的一些感想，当然维持身体健康的方法，除了饮食要均衡以外，也要常常运动，锻练强健的体魄，以及生活作息要正常，尤其是我们正在发育中，充足的睡眠能提高身体的免疫功能，自然就会百病不侵，让我们长得头好健壮。

一个秋高气爽的早晨，我和妈妈一起去锻炼。
我们来到了锻炼的体育器材场，我们就开始锻炼了。我先锻炼了一个有点像自行车一样的体育器材，它是锻炼我的手臂的。我就按照了它的说明来做，先把手放在像自行车的车把上，然后，再用吃奶的力气往下一拉，又接着再往上一推，就这样连续做。妈妈锻炼的体育器材像一张床，人躺在它的上面。然后，用手抱住头，脚就勾住下面的\'横杆，使劲使自己的头再抬起来，就这样反复的做。原来它做的是仰卧起坐呀。我们又锻炼了一会，那个时候我已经是气喘吁吁了。
今天，虽然我们锻炼的很累，但是我们健康了我们的身体，而且这样还可以预防感冒呢！
