今天我用课余时间看完了一部电影《The Help》，影片讲述的是上世纪美国密西西比州的故事，众所周知，那个时候密西西比州的黑人歧视现象特别严重，在白人家庭中工作的黑人女佣不仅得不到常规水平的工资，生活待遇也特别的差，大部分家庭都十分排斥黑人女佣，他们得不到自己应有的平等与尊重，就连上厕所都要区分出来。在影片中，女主角是一位受过高等教育的作家，看见了女佣们不幸的遭遇和自己家女佣的.离去，悲痛万分，决定写一本书来告诫读者们肤色不是差距，所有人都应该被平等对待。
这部影片是根据真实事情改编，我非常佩服坐着的勇气，在那样的年代敢于记录下真实的事情，再看当今社会，虽然现在黑人也能当总统，人种歧视也没有那么严重，但还是许多精神值得我们学习，这个社会从古到今就没有存在过公平二字，—除了要靠自己的努力以外，还要有敢于站出来的勇气，敢于指责非正义的事情，虽7然有些事情说出来会给自己带来许多不必要的麻烦甚至是生命危险，但是社会就是缺少这些人，这类敢于牺牲自我的人，敢于记录真实社会并呐喊出来的人，中国有句古话枪打出头鸟，许多人将这一句话奉为信条，甘于承受平时社会的不公，但是总有一部分的人勇敢的人站出来，前几年的柴静，今年上映的影片《我不是药神》均讲述的是这一部分人，要是没有这些人，谁能想得到在现在不同肤色的人能够坐在同一间教室里上课，我们会有现在更好的生活，没有人愿意被这些不正义的规矩所压制，世界需要敢于突破陈规陈矩敢于大胆创新的人，当我们觉得这个世界不够美好的时候就应该大胆的站出来指责

Every year, with the coming of spring, the weather will get warmer. And we usually have a spring outing at this time of the year.
Because of the warm and pleasant days, many people would like to go for an outing. I still remember one of my spring outings, for it was a very interesting experience. It was a bright and cheerful morning. I made a decision to visit a famous mountain near our campus. I went along with some of my schoolmates. We were singing and laughing all the way. There was a large piece of green grass land at the mountain foot. When we were climbing, we could see many beautiful flowers on the mountainside. The mountain was very high ,but we reached its top at last. There, we visited a temple and had a talk with a monk. He told us something about the history of the temple and we got to know about Sakyamuni, the founder of Buddhism. From the mountain top, we could get a birds-eye view of our campus. It seemed very small.
