Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing to express/air dissatisfaction/disappointment/concern regarding accommodation. I would prefer to move into a single room next semester, as I find the present sharing arrangement inconvenient.
I must explain that the reason for my dissatisfaction is my roommate’s inconsiderate behavior. For one thing, his friends are constantly visiting him; for another, he regularly holds noisy parties.
To solve this problem/surmount this difficulty/improve this situation/crack this hard nut, I hope to draw the attention of the authorities concerned. I am sure you will agree that the only solution for me is to move into a room of my own. Therefore, I would be grateful if you could find a single room for me, preferably not in the same building but as near to the college campus as possible.

母牛说：“大人，呜呜呜——”
“大胆，你竟在此处敲鼓。你是为何而来啊?”官员连声说道。
“我在一家名叫‘高乔奶业’的公司里工作。”母牛大声说道，手里还拿着一块手帕，不停的擦着眼泪。“有一天，老板突然叫我们几个小员工来，说是要把我们‘炒鱿鱼’。我就问了一句，他严肃的说道：我们公司不需要你们了，问怎么多干什么。”
“是为何呢?”官员好奇的`问道。
“老板说，我们公司有了新的机器，再也不需要母牛了。呜呜呜——大人，我家还有4个人等着我赚钱呢!大人，你要替我做主啊!”
“你家有什么情况啊?”官员打破砂锅问到的。“我的妈妈得了白血病;我的爸爸是个残疾;我的大女儿在读书;我的小儿子好玩，在外面吃喝嫖赌，欠了一大堆债啊。”
“还现在的逻辑还是怎么差啊!好，本官替你做主。”母牛跪了下来，激动地说：“谢谢——谢谢——大人。”“起来吧!”
“你在过几天，那个老板一定会来找你的，现代的机器没用几天就会坏的。你回家等着吧!”官员摆了摆手指。
几天后，老板知道来了说道：“母牛，对不起。你快回来上班吧!”“为什么要回来我不是被你开除了吗?”母牛生气的说。
“对不起，都是我的错。那个机器没有你们好，我再也不开除你们了。回来吧!”老板惭愧的说。
母牛回去了，老板在也没有开除她。

I am a student in this university who regularly comes to the library to spend my spare time. Generally speaking, the services you offer here is quite good; however, I have some suggestions for you to adopt.
To begin with, will you please prolong the time for reading? In the daytime, most of the students are having class, so they can’t come to the library. Moreover, some of the books on shelves are out of date. If you are so kind as to provide us some books such as the latest magazines, we will be greatly honored.
I really wish to have a more comfortable library. I would like to extend my greatest appreciation if you are so kind to take my suggestions into consideration. /Thank you for your time and consideration.

I am a student of our university, who often spend my spare time in our library. Generally speaking, our library provides quite good service. However, I still have some suggestions for you to upgrade the quality of your service.
To begin with, I would like you to prolong the open time. In the daytime, most students are having classes. To continue, some books are too old/ are out of date. It would be better if you could replace them with updated materials.
