When we walked into the gate of experimental primary school, we saw your kind face. You taught us to add, subtract, multiply and divide. Its also you who lead us into the door of knowledge and give us the golden key of knowledge Treasury. Lets work hard to find and explore. Maybe when our childish words may hurt you, but you still regard us as your naughty children.
No sunshine, no flowers, no teachers, no poets, writers, no famous Goldbach guess!
How many times have we seen you carefully correcting your homework? You are staring at it in detail, line by line, page by page. You wont leave until you have seen it. Because you know its childrens wings and steps. At this time, when we see you, we would like to hand over a cup of cool tea and say: teacher, you have worked hard! Some people say that the teacher is the gardener and cultivates talents from generation to generation. I think thats right. You are the gardener. We are the seedlings in spring. 对于我们教师学习新的知识来面对新的挑战，更是不可忽视的。它能提供我们精神动力和智力支持。正如高尔基所说，没有任何力量比知识更强大，用知识武装起来的人是不可战胜的。

在开始采用合作学习这种学习形式时，小组的语言交流和讨论往往容易停留在浅层次和表面化。此时，教师角色不能对他们不闻不问。如果对他们置之不理，一方面会导致学生的合作学习活动表层化，不求甚解；另一方面，在丧失组间竞争意识的同时，会给合作学习的秩序产生影响。因为已经完成任务、无所事事的小学生难免会产生影响其它组的行为。所以，教师应对这样的小组的合作学习成果进行检查。如果他们的想法是正确的，可以及时表扬，并引导他们整理小组的合作过程和结果，准备在全班交流。也可以提出深一层的合作要求，把学生的语言思维引向深处。例如：可以让学生这样思考：Is it right or wrong ？ How do you know the answer ？ Do you have any question ？这样就使学生在运用发散思维的过程中，不仅要关注语言的流畅性，还要关注语言的正确性和独特性。
在英语教学中，学生往往对简单枯燥的单词学习不感兴趣，因此，如何在教学活动中激发学生内驱力、求知欲及充分激发学生的主动意识和进取精神，就成了关键。如果我们老师能做好有效得指导，学生的合作活动就能加大学生语言输入量，激发他们的逻辑思维能力、语言表达能力和创造力。就会使学生在语言学习中建立起自信，享受到学习的快乐，真正成为学习的主人。
总之，学生在小组合作学习的过程中，教师的引导起着至关重要的作用。单这种引导一定要适时，适度，要“引在迷茫困惑之时，导在百思不解指出”。
