最令人期待的是800米长跑，每个运动员都摩拳擦掌，跃跃欲试。赛前，运动员们都在做准备活动，场上没有一丝一毫的紧张气息。“预备，跑！”随着裁判员一声令下，运动员们像箭一样蹿出了起跑线，赛场上弥漫着紧张的气氛。跑道上运动员拼命地跑着；场外啦啦队竭力地喊着，“加油！”二字遍布全场。老师也在鼓励着学生。这时太阳的光线突然猛烈起来了，好像他也不想错过这场比赛。运动员不停的跑着，任由豆大的汗珠在脸颊上流着，虽然他们的双腿无力，可能是最后一名，可能已没有希望，但他们的眼神仍然坚定，没有一个人想放弃，他们努力说服自己，坚持最后的胜利。
运动员跑完800米长跑，可能衣服已被汗水湿透，但是，他们的脸上仍露出了甜美的微笑。这让我联想到了学习，在学习中，在遇到困难时，我们大多时候会选择放弃，但是你有没有试过，就像800米运动员，在遇到阻碍与阻挠时，勇敢地去战胜它，勇往直前不放弃，
你会感到很快乐很自豪。在你战胜它后成功在向你招手。在以后的生活中我们要不言放弃。
通过这次运动会，我们都以＂友谊第一，比赛第二＂为原则。在赛场上赛出了风采，赛出了活力，更赛出了最好的自己，将最好的自己留在了操场。

童年是一幅画，孩提时代的纯真爱动把我的童年映照的绚丽多彩。绚丽多彩的儿时当然免不了很多有趣的事，在其中有一件，我迄今还清晰地还记得。
我儿时非常喜爱看神话片，尤其是《聊斋》。
有一次，父母因临时性急事，需晚点回家，姥姥也没有，我想：这下可惨了，我多么的想让父母留下陪着我呀。可唉！只能认命了。
夜里，四处静悄悄的，仿佛全球只剩余我一个人了一样。我内心简直十五个吊桶打水七上八下。总算挨来到入睡的時间，正要熄灯，忽然听到了得哒、得哒的声音。这可将我吓傻了，我一下子坐了起來，准备出来看一下。可正当性我走到门口的情况下，那怪声音又响了起來，并且比刚刚的声音还大。我被他吓得从此害怕开关门了，一下子钻到被窝里。我用被子牢牢地地遮住，脑中又回想到《聊斋》中这些三头六臂、吐着长舌头的妖怪。一想起这种，我害怕的心理状态又加剧了，果断一把把被子蒙住头，口中还不断的嘀咕：千万不要吃我，千万不要吃我。
过去了一会，沒有动静，又过去了一会，也還是沒有一切动静，这下可将我惹急了，想着：是福不是祸，是祸躲不过。谁怕谁呀。我一口气取下了蒙上头的褥子，拿了一根大棒，壮着勇气把手打开，接着就是一阵狂打。可我睁开眼睛一看，一片空白。但那类怪声音是哪里来的呢？我循声放眼望去，原来是自来水龙头没相关好，滴在蓄水池里传出的声音，原先仅仅虚惊一场啊，我大舒了一口气。
这全世界本沒有鬼，而这些说白了的鬼却来源于你心里。

Sometimes I dream about life in the future. What will it be?
Perhaps some people will go to the moon for a holiday or even live on the moon,and some scientists will build cities under the sea to make people live there. We can have a medical examination or do some shopping without leaving our homes,which makes the life more convenient. Maybe we will also do some shopping and work at home.
And I'm sure there'll be more educational programmes on the radio or TV or by the Intemet or videophones,so perhaps some children won't need to go to school every day. They'll study at home.
In the future,all electric equipment at home is under the con-trol of computers. People can learn about the situation of the house by working on the computer at the office. No people like doing housework. Maybe each family will have a robot. Every day we can tell the robot what to do-shopping,housework and so on. believe the dream will come true some day.
