其实一开始我不会游泳，甚至觉得这是一件丢脸的事，但我错了，因为在这个升上五年级的夏天，我上了游泳训练班，意外的认识一位阿姨，她也是来学游泳的；有一天，我告诉那位阿姨，我要升五年级了，却还不会游泳，真是感到十分丢脸，但那位阿姨说道：“阿姨都已经四十几岁了，现在才在学游泳，所以你一点都不丢脸。”这时，我才明白不会游泳并不是一件可耻的.事。就是因为这样，我应该更努力的学游泳，虽然游得没很标准，但基本上我已经学会自由式了。
游泳真的是一项好运动，不仅可以让人长高，也可以让人变瘦，而且失足落水后，也有办法游到岸边，虽然我不常跌进水里，但是还是要小心为妙，真是“不怕一万，只怕万一”。
游泳不仅是好游戏，也是一项好运动，但是还是有注意的事项。第一，不可以在游泳池里大小便，如果在游泳池里大小便，不仅会污染水源，假如呛到了喝到那种水，不是很恶心吗？第二，禁止跳水，跳水除了参加比赛外，可不能随便乱跳，不小心撞到头怎么办呢？所以这点也很重要。第三，请穿泳衣，戴上蛙镜，游泳时如果穿正常的衣服，它不但会膨胀，还会增加重量，这点要切记。
运动是人生活中不可缺少的，如果不运动的话，可能会变成大胖子，而且一动起来就会满头大汗。不仅运动要规律，饮食也要均衡，这样子就可以保持好身材了！
