犹忆去年秋天，我动了个手术。手术虽小，但要求剪去部分长发。我曾试着抗议，最终也因医生坚持妥协了。可惜剪了头发后终是难过，就一人在床前不语，目光略滞。母亲瞧见了，不知从何处变出一顶鸭舌帽戴在我头上，灵巧的手翻飞着，三两下把我的短发压入帽中，又找来镜子推给我看——镜中人发型利落，恰似少年。那一瞬只觉“沉舟侧畔千帆过，病树前头万木春。”
如此，在我十几度春秋中便已通过母亲收到数顶帽子，却未曾送出半个，怪哉！
