风儿轻轻地吹，云儿慢慢地飘。在这么晴朗的一天，森林里准备开一场搬木头比赛。
参加比赛的选手有：身强力壮的大笨笨熊，还有胖乎乎的小肥猪，还有顽皮的小瘦猴儿。他们并列站在红红的起跑带子后。又壮又笨的大笨笨熊摸着下巴想：“我身强力壮，跑步又那么好，只要我快快的跑，一定能冲向终点。”于是，大笨笨熊没听那清脆的哨音，就扛着沉重的木块，头也不回的跑走了。他腿咚咚咚的敲着大地，好像在打一面打鼓。机灵的小胖猪一动脑筋，拍了一下脑袋，开心得想：“咦，木头圆滚滚的，就好像一个个圆圆的车轮，我可以滚着它。”于是，小胖猪吃力的弯下肥嘟嘟的身体，把木块儿放在地上，轻轻松松的就滚了起来，滚了一会儿就跑的无影无踪了。小瘦猴儿最聪明，他放眼望去，看见了一条清澈的，清可见底的河。他灵机一动，把木块儿横着放在清清的水里，借助河水的浮力，顺利的坐了上去。可是，遥遥领先的大笨笨熊已经累得气喘吁吁的了。他头上那豆大的汗珠子从头顶上哗哗的滴了下来，心脏砰砰的跳着，有一点岔气儿。大笨笨熊用力的摸了摸肚子，感觉肚子很疼渐渐地放慢了速度。他迈着大大的步子，使劲捂着肚子，使出最后一点力气，奋力地奔跑着。小猪很用心，两只蹄子扶住圆圆的木头，弯着腰，眼睛直直的盯着前方，迈着大大的步子，翘着短短的尾巴，逐渐慢慢的超过了大笨笨熊。大笨笨熊咧着嘴，皱着眉，喘着粗气儿想：“哎，不对哇，我怎么最后呢？”聪明的小瘦猴儿坐在木头“船”上翘着腿，双手紧紧地抱住两只腿，翘着长长的，细细的橘色尾巴。闭着眼睛，笑着，都笑的嘴角已经翘了起来，只听见耳后传来了犹如狮子吼一样的风声，舒服极了。借着大风的`力量，在水上飘飘悠悠的，画出了道道美丽的波纹。慢慢的，长着粗鼻子的小胖猪头上也渗出了细微的汗水，但他并没有气馁，反而更加用力了。大笨笨熊却只知道慢，落在了最后。
几个小时缓缓地过去了，三位比赛的选手也都喘着粗气儿，慢吞吞的过来了，当小猴穿过终点的一瞬间，大家爆发出了大大的喊声，祝贺瘦瘦的小猴。肉嘟嘟的小胖猪告诉笨头笨脑的大笨笨熊：“遇到困难时不能气馁，应该勇往直前，不能退缩。”强壮的大笨笨熊羞愧的挠了挠头，笑了。
