健康将影响整个家庭的生活作息，例如我的大姨丈，本来他是一位烟、酒、槟榔不离身的人，天天不懂得要养生爱惜身体?有一天他觉得喉咙不舒服去医院检查，才 知道是食道癌，后来开刀切除还要接受化疗，大阿姨、表姐、表哥每天医院家里两边忙碌奔跑，也常常看到他们害怕担心流眼泪。大姨丈手术后要承受身体的痛苦及虚弱，连同爷爷、奶奶我的爸爸、妈妈都为他烦恼，所以照顾好自己不让自己生病是很重要的。大姨丈自从生病后只要看到有人抽烟、喝酒、吃槟榔，都会把自己亲身体验劝谏身边周遭亲朋好友。要懂得爱惜身体不要吃有害身体食物，也要少吃垃圾食物，以免影响身体健康。
