他，他就是我的好朋友余鑫，可能是我叫他“余宝宝”的缘故吧！所以我们就成了形影不离的好朋友。 他呀，有一双浓眉大眼，余鑫的性格外向，脸上总带着那无瑕的微笑，而且充满着少许的'顽皮。他非常的乐于助人，别人的东西没有带，他就会借给那个同学，别的同学被别班的人打哭了，他就逗那个哭的同学笑，不让那个同学哭。 他那大大的脑袋，让人感觉他是个聪明的孩子。每次有好吃的，好玩的，他总忘不了我，每次在我遇到困难的时候，他就会雪中送炭似的帮助我，要是谈到看书，他可是算是“打遍天下无敌手”了，有一次，我和余鑫走在放学回家的路上，他看到路边有家书店，就叫我陪他一起进去看看，我被他纠缠的没办法，只好和他一起去了。
他，他就是我朴素而大方的好朋友——余鑫！

Take your time
For thousands of years, animals have trodden a slow path, their spirits together with the body. But our human being's transportation is too fast. The body moves but the soul is left behind. We try to free ourselves in convenience, but we only imprison the soul. Since we invented how to count hours, we do everything to short the time, short the deadline. But the time saved can't be shorten. Nowadays, we spend lots of time staying in front of a TV just changing the channels, while we have no time to talk with a good friend or play with our family. We have plenty of time to search old news on the internet, while we hardly think about our life. In the end, the only thing apparent is our loneliness.
Take your time, please. Try to follow the natural steps and have your own clock. Try to share your time with everybody you love, share your mind, your happiness and sadness. Try to read the world we live in, do not only catch a quick glimpse at the society.Someday, when we know how to spend every second in our life, we can then live our own life.

记得那是学校举行朗诵比赛，您帮我报名参加。但当我一看到诗歌时，我真是一个头两个大啊——这么长，这不是要我命吗？就在这时，您微笑地向我走来。我心想：余老师肯定是来帮我的。可是没有想到，您走来看一眼，只是冷冷地说：“回家好好背，明天来我办公室向我背。”说完您转身就走，头也不回。看着您远去的背影，我的心头一颤：这可怎么办啊？老师为什么要我背这个讨厌的诗歌！这么长，怎么可能背得完啊！老师真太不近人情了……想着想着，我生气地把稿子往桌上一扔，懒洋洋地往床上一躺——不背了。就在我生闷气时，我突然想起您教导我们的：遇到困难不要害怕，因难像弹簧，你强它就弱，你弱它就强。对啊，这一点困难怎么能难倒我呢？我可不能让大家小瞧了我呀！这么一想，我赶紧起床背诵。
第二天，我自信满满地大步走向办公室，向您把诗歌大声地背了一遍。心想：我背得那么好，老师您一定会表扬我吧！可没想到您竟说：“背得还是挺熟练的，但没把诗歌的韵味读出来。”说着，您一句一句地带我读，一遍一遍地让我背。回家之后，我照您教我的一遍一遍地练。
功夫不负有心人，比赛那一天，我站在台上，大声地有感情地背着诗歌，取得了第二名的好成绩。余老师，这都多亏了您对我的严厉，是您，余老师，教会了我怎么坚持。

您好！
您最近过得怎么样？是不是如愿以偿地当上了一名合格的人民教师？告诉您一件高兴的事，本想直接打电话给您，由于电话打不通，所以只好以写信的方式告诉您。那就是我终于——（您别太激动，不是学习上的事）会打乒乓球了。
听了您可能觉得有些奇怪，谁不会打乒乓球啊！就算打不好，可总也会发球啊。可我原先偏偏不会打，不论怎么学也学不会，越学心情越糟糕，索性不学了。每当下课铃打响时，同学们都会蜂拥而去，上操场霸乒乓球台子，唯独我一个人呆在教室里。我多么想去跟同学们一起玩，也想霸台子，可即使我霸到台子，我技术那么糟，连发球都不会，谁又愿意跟我玩呢？于是我暗暗下决心一定要学会打乒乓球。
可说起来容易做起来难。第一天我对着墙打，只打了两个，第三个怎么也打不起来，心里很烦躁，本想不学算了，可看着别人在球场上英姿飒爽的情景，我又忍不住拿起了球拍。两个，两个，还是两个，妈妈在一边不停地给我加油，这激起了我的斗志。终于在我的努力下我打到了三个球。我看到了希望，从此以后，我每天抽空打一会乒乓球，我现在的最高记录是七十二个球。不过我相信，在不久的将来，我一定会再创辉煌，突破百的记录。
