一天放学，我踏着颐和绿苑的石径往家里走，一不小心，踩到了一株小草，它的腰折了，仿佛在说：“你怎么能踩我呢？我为你们人类释放氧气，帮你们绿化环境，你居然这样‘回报’我，呜呜……”我听了，急忙说：“对不起啊。”可小草还是在哭泣。我想：“它是不是要我给它浇水才能原谅我？”于是我用塑料袋盛了水倒在了小草身上，小草立刻破涕为笑了。
小草不仅可以吸收二氧化碳，释放出新鲜的氧气；它还可以美化环境，装点自然；可是，有少数人就是不懂得爱护，他们不走园林叔叔铺好的园林小路，为了少走几步路，常常大步从小草身上踩过，草坪已被他们踏出了一条烂泥路，有的还带来小狗“搞破坏”，把草坪搞得“稀巴烂”，有的`好像对草坪上竖着的“爱护花草树木，人人有责”的牌子视而不见，随意采摘花草。看到这美好的环境被破坏了，看到这“绿色的地毯”被践踏得千疮百孔，我多难受啊！
