At college, I missed my parents a lot. As the term was drawing to an end, I eagerly looked forward to going home. And I planned to do a thousand and one things during the vacation. Above all, I wanted to help my mother with housework. I also wished to read many hooks which my teachers had recommended. However, at home, my mother would never let me do anything. She completely deprived me of sharing her work. As soon as I opened a book to read,she would sit down beside me and ask me about all kinds of things at the college. To please her,I told her one thing after another,and soon I forgot all about books. Even when I was actually reading,she would, now and then,insist that I should eat an egg or drink a cup of tea. When I left home at the end of the vacation, not a thing in my plan had been carried out. But I felt very happy. I believed much more deeply than before in the old saying: Home, sweet home. There’s no place like home!

the summer vacation had come round again. i was happy that i could forget about school at least for a while. lest i fool around all through this summer vacation, i made a plan as to how to spend it. first, i thought i should go over all those things my teachers taught in the previous term so that i could have a better understanding of them.
then i thought i should take up some forms of exercise, such as walking, running and rowing, to keep me physically strong. it stood to reason that with such a good plan i should make the best of my vacation time. i did, because i lived up to what i had planned.

来到教室，收拾好东西后，老师让我们回想了暑假干了什么。闭上眼睛，暑假的一幕幕浮现在了我的脑海，如一个个短小的视频。按时间整理过后我浏览着这一桩桩一件件。往事不堪回首。看，我又在和朋友在电脑上拼个你死我活；瞧，我又在为了看一个电视节目而熬到三更半夜。这些毫无意义的事情让我心生惭愧，无地自容，恨不得找个地缝钻进去。
可思绪到了7月十几号就模糊了，那些视频变得飘渺如烟，好似雾里看花。使劲回想，可就是没有搜索到。算了，可能是我忘了吧。不找了。我睁开了眼，停止了回忆。
“谁能说说自己暑假怎么样？”
“我的`暑假很充实，我早早的完成了作业，预习了功课，还去了外地旅游呢！”
“我在暑假虽然没有出去旅游，但我学会了打乒乓球，而且我还在我阿姨的店里实践生活呢！”
一提到暑假，每个人都是高兴略带得意的神情。可我呢，面红耳赤，更加无地自容了。我的暑假又白白浪费了，别人都学到了知识，获得了经验，可我得到了什么？又获得了什么？不觉有些焦急。可逝者如斯夫，不舍昼夜，我再后悔又能怎么样呢，世界没有后悔药，时间也不会倒流，再后悔也没用。
在去吃饭的路上，我的朋友一直在兴奋的说着她的暑假生活。平时她挺文静，可一说到暑假生活，就像一只小兔子一样蹦蹦跳跳，手舞足蹈。她的暑假生活真的很好，我真的很羡慕，可现在我只是敷衍的说几声好。想思考到底自己的暑假是怎么过的？为什么在暑假是自己会那么不珍惜暑假，而白白浪费了它……
“对了，林，你的暑假怎么样？肯定很好吧。”
“我……我的暑假……”
我的心里满是悔恨，好想时光倒流，回到暑假刚开始的时候，然后填补我的空洞暑假，让它变得有意义。
“你真的想回到暑假？”身边的朋友不见了，周围的一切都不见了，只剩下了我。我心底的声音在问我。“想。”“好，那就不要浪费你的暑假时光了。好好珍惜吧！”
我醒了，看到周围还是自己的家，四处探了探，摸到了我的电子表，看到上面的月份还是7月，我呼了一口气。想到了刚才的事情。还好，那只是一场梦，不是真的。这个梦给我以警示，
提示我时光一去不复回，暑假不努力，学校徒伤悲。
暑假，我会让你的颜色从灰白变成五彩的！

It was the first day of our summer holiday.All of us were very happy. Why? Because we have two months to do things we love to do.We are free.Although we have some homework.But we can finish them in several days.And the rest time we can make good use of.My god! We have been very tired after hard studying.In summer holidays,I want to have full sleep and eat good food in order to replenish myself. Last but not the least,I will have a good rest.

I had a summer holiday from Jule to August.I was very happy ,because I could da many kinds of things.
I went to the beach and I swam in the sea.I called my friend and played with them.I visitde my grandparents and ate much delicious food.But in August,there is a first tyhoon.With terrifying fear and my mother bought some food.I was very unhappy,because I could not played out side.
Then I went to the zoo whit my sister.I was very happy.Because I saw a lot of animals.They were very lovable.So I took photos of all animals.I loved the butterful the best.They were colourful and beautiful.My sister liked it too.
In summer holiday,I went to the places where the sun shines brightly.I went to where the see is blue too.All students had a happy summer holiday.
