The Way to Achieve Success
Many successful people say that they owe much of their success to the cultivation （培养） of certain good habits in early life. In forming good habits， I think we should pay attention to four things， that is， honesty， industry （勤勉）， enthusiasm （热情）， and thrift （节俭）。
“Honesty is the best policy”。 This is a proverb to which we must pay attention. There are so many temptations （诱惑） in society that through a little carelessness we may go astray （走入歧途）。 But when we are honest， people will not be dishonest to us.
Industry gives every man and woman， every boy and girl， proper work to do. To do nothing is to ruin oneself.
Enthusiasm is a great force. One's soul will expand if one devotes （贡献） oneself to a noble cause. The difficulties in our way are tremendous （巨大的）， but what can we not accomplish （取得）， if with enthusiasm？
There are many proverbs which set forth （陈述） the advantages （好处） of thrift. Since we live in a world where money is a very powerful thing， we should always try to save part of our earnings for future use.
These are the four things to which we must pay attention. It is only in this way that we can achieve success.

张老师最大的特点是幽默风趣。他最擅长于让我们在快乐中学习知识。张老师把这种学习方法称为“快乐学习法”。在这个学期里，我们在快乐中学习，没有烦恼。虽然课后没有什么作业，但我们收获的知识却更多了。“快乐学习法”还真有效，一学期后，我们的.语文成绩大大提高了。
张老师简直可以成为一名“哲学家”了。我这么说也是有根据的，张老师常自己总结一些人生，把它们变成一句句精炼的话语传授给我们。
记得那次，那是张老师第一次给我们上课。张老师并没有马上教新课，而是郑重地说：“要想成为我的学生，就必须记下一句格言。”“记格言?”我们互相看了看，不解地问。“是呀，这可是‘张氏格言’，届届相传。你们这届当然也少不了。别人想要我还不给呢!”张老师说。“老师，你就快说吧，别卖关子了!”我们迫不及待地说。“听着，”张老师清了清嗓子接着说：“没有比人更高的山;没有比脚更长的路。”我听了后，心里默默地想着：“是呀!这句话真是说得太好了。再高的山，人都可以攀登到山顶;路再长，只要一步一个脚印地慢慢走下去，总会到达终点。”
张老师不仅是一位“哲学家”，还是一位教导有方的老师。
记得有一次上课，张老师正讲课讲得入神，可有同学没有认真听课，在做小动作。张老师发现了，四周看了看说：“你们别以为我在讲课就不知道你们在做什么。别忘了，我可有‘四只眼睛’(张老师戴着眼镜，‘四只眼睛’看人，更加清楚哟!”说完，张老师又继续讲课了。这下同学们听课可认真啦!有时我想开小差，可一想到张老师的话，便认真起来。
记得还有一次，张老师正在上课，同学们也听得正入神。“呵——”突然，一个不和谐的声音传了出来。我们都转过头去，瞧着那个呵欠的制造者。张老师也停了下来看着他。奇怪的是张老师并没有批评他，而是让他去办公室洗脸。“洗脸?”我心里充满疑惑。不一会儿，那位呵欠制造者像变了一个人似的精神抖擞地回来了。“哦，我知道了，张老师让他去洗脸，就是要他洗掉瞌睡好认真听课呀，真高明!”从这以后，同学们上语文课总是精神饱满。
这就是我的语文老师，一位幽默风趣、教导有方的好老师!

星期三那天，我家又添了一个新成员，就是姥姥给我家送来的那只猫。
这只小猫身长还不到二十厘米，听姥姥说它生下还不到俩月哩！它全身都是黄色的，只有在脖子那有一圈白色，像是带着一条洁白的项链。它的两只眼睛又大又圆，水汪汪的，像是两颗刚从海里捞出来的珍珠。它的四个小脚垫软软的，像一块儿海绵。
每次我们吃饭的时候，它都会蹲在饭桌下面，睁大眼睛望着我，那可怜样儿，似乎是在说：“小主人，给我点吃的吧！”真让我苦笑不得，只好让它分享点我的美餐了。
有一次，我看见它偷偷溜进了厨房，我以为它要偷吃呢！便跟了进去，它在墙角那一蹲，然后就一动不动了，它要干嘛？只见它聚精会神的看着一个地方，是个老鼠洞，哦！它是捉老鼠来了。我倒要看看它怎么捉住这狡猾的老鼠。时间一分一秒的过去了，我都快睡着了，它仍然蹲在那儿，似乎全世界在这一刻都停止了。一只小猫竟有这样的决心与耐心，真让我佩服!
瞧！我们家这只可爱又尽职的猫!
