（一）注意交通安全

长假期间，外出旅行时，在繁忙的公路上，熙攘街道上，交通安全格外让人担心，希望大家要严格遵守交通规则，注意避让来往车辆，做到文明礼让，切不可和机动车抢道；同学们行走时要靠路边行走，不要在行走时突然改变走路方向，穿越马路时要走斑马线，确定安全方可通行；同学结伴而行不可勾肩搭背，影响后面车辆的通行，造成安全隐患；此外，还应注意不要在马路上相互追逐、嬉闹。如果是乘坐公交车，一定要在车停稳之后，再上车、下车，千万不要图一时之快，抢上抢下，以免发生意外事故。

（二）尽量减少外出，预防麻疹和腮腺炎。

现正值秋季传染病高发时期，希望同学们尽量少到人群集中的地方去，尽量减少被感染的机会，同时注意家里的通风透气和个人卫生。

（三）注意饮食卫生安全。

饮食卫生关系到我们的身体健康，没有一个健康的身体是什么事也做不了的。我们要严防病从口入。特别要注意不能喝生水，不吃不干净的食物，购买食品要注意看清“生产日期”，不要买过期食品，更不能买“三无”食品。在长假期间，同样要合理饮食，不可贪一时之好大吃特吃，而要注意适可而止，不能暴饮暴食。

（四）注意防火、防盗、防触电、防溺水。

首先你们要记住两个电话：火警119，匪警110，到危急时刻要学会打相应的电话。在假期里，同学们千万不能去玩火或者到郊外野炊，假期中千万不要私自到河边游玩，在家也要注意用电安全。同时注意不要进入营业性“网吧”等未成年人不宜进入的场所。
