但如若只是放任幼儿，恐怕也不能达到较好的效果。正就如同书中所提到的鲁迅的“三味书屋”与“百草园“之间的关联。显然儿童更好地成长一定程度上还是十分需要我们这些成人去指引他们的，但这并不意味着要一味的将我们成人认为孩子因该发展的方向去强迫他们接受。就像我们成人所设定的三味书屋一样，对于孩子来说是相当枯燥与乏味的，这样只会让他们变成一个缺乏好奇心、缺乏探究精神的木偶。特别是对于幼儿教育，适当地释放孩子们的天性，让他们在三味书屋中发现百草园的乐趣是必然的。
结合我们现在的幼儿园课程来说，我们能够发现现如今的幼儿教育也在一步步地像这个方向不断地靠拢。例如越来越多的教案中体现出了幼儿自主探索，自由讨论发现的重要性。孩子们在这样的活动中不断增强自己的探索能力、探知***，这样对于他们来说就是一个良性的循环。作为一名在职的幼儿园教师想要让自己班级的孩子有个性地发展，更要深刻理解及内化这样的一些理论知识，将它们融入于孩子们的一日生活之中，将它们普及与每一位孩子的家长。让我们共同努力一起孩子们那些可贵的东西吧！
我们首先要了解儿童文化才能往更有利于孩子成长的方向去进行儿童教育。通过这一次的继续教育，我也发现自己在了解儿童和如何进行教育的方面还是相当匮乏的，只有通过不断学习汲取书中精华才能让自己的教育方式更适于孩子们的自然发展。希望自己能通过这样不断地学习提升自身各项能力。
