清晨，阳光刚透过层层烟雾照射在大地上，唤醒沉睡的人们。小草微微抖动着身子，又笔直的挺起身来。牵牛花开了，大口大口吸入着清凉的露珠。小鸟唧唧喳喳地互相诉说着昨晚的美梦……整个古城都苏醒了。
漫步在青砖砌成的古道上，身旁不时有人在卖糖浆，那金黄的糖浆一入口，甜中带着一丝清爽的味道，使人意犹未尽。阵阵凉风吹来，那种凉爽的感觉让人心旷神怡。火辣的阳光被大榕树挡住，只有少许懒洋洋地洒在地面。各种古色古香的房屋错落有致地排列着，家家户户都冒出热腾腾的菜香。午饭后，孩子们有的举着风筝到处跑;有的光着脚捉小鱼;有的拿着树枝追跑;还有的坐在石阶上哼着童谣。妇女则到集市上买菜去了，大街上逐渐热闹起来了。
在河边买上一串糖葫芦，让后沿着岸走去。一路上山清水秀，远远望去，水天交融的样子真是恰到好处。
这时再乘车到了一个小村子，村长热情过来迎接，如果你是想骑马的话，那村长准会牵几匹骏马过来，让后细心地教你如何坐上马鞍，如何使唤马，如何稳稳当当的骑。坐上了马背，会有人先带你沿着一天偏僻的山路一直走。途中时不时有时小松鼠和小猴子调皮地挡在路前，非要你给他吃的它才会满意离开。百灵的叫声清脆动听，挺拔的松树苍翠欲滴，给你一种放松、舒适的感觉。
半小时后，就要到山顶了，这里空气异常清新，马儿也低下头来吃着那嫩嫩的绿草。天空中的雄鹰潇洒地翱翔着，似乎他才是蓝天的主宰者，在白云的衬托下，他的身姿更加敏捷。
过了一会儿，太阳就快落山了，我们也抓紧时间下山了。途中经过一片果园，那硕大的梨竟有股香味，我耐不住心中的馋虫，一下摘了一个。哇，那甜甜的味道让我回味无穷。
又回到了古城内，一切又安静下来了，只有少许老人在散步，他们望着璀璨的星空，嘴角抹过一丝欣慰的笑容……
这就是丽江古城，这个美丽的古城在月光的照耀下又一次沉睡了……

People travel by plane, by train, by ship, by bus. For me, the best way of traveling on a summer vacation is to go on foot.人们去旅游有的乘飞机、有的坐火车、坐船、乘公共汽车。对我来说在暑假，最好的方式是徒步旅行。
My preference depends on the purpose of the travel. On a summer vacation I travel to refresh myself and to see the countryside. When I use my feet and walk on a grass covered path along a river or among the hills I feel detached from the noise of the city and closer to the nature. And when I travel on foot I get more freedom. I can plan my own schedule. I can choose my own route. I can stop where I like. During the summer vacation, my father and mother took my sister and I to Dalian. My brother and I had a good time at the high tide adventure palace in Xinghai Park.
My sister and I sat on the adventure boat excitedly and began to move forward. The ship flashed along with the speed of the water. Suddenly, the ship turned a bend, entered a dark cave, and there was no five fingers in it, and the horrible bats sounded. Our boat rose, seven or eight meters high, and immediately swooped down to the top, splashing four or five meters of water. The ship continued to move forward, and there was a faint light in the depths of the cave.

丽江古城是没有城墙的，据说是因为古时候城里有个官姓木，他想：自己姓木，若是再造个城墙，那不就成“困”了吗?没有城墙，古城外却另有景致：两架大大的木水车。水车缓缓地转着，仿佛是古城一轮又一轮的岁月轮转，发出吱吱呀呀的声响，诉说我们不知道的故事。水车上淌下的涓涓细流汇入了贯穿全城的清澈河水中。碧波荡漾，鲜红的鱼儿摇着头摆着尾徜徉在小河的怀抱里。杨柳依依，不知那树干是经过多少个春夏秋冬长成?靠在刻有浮雕的汉白玉围栏上，回头再望一眼古城，深深的小巷，窄窄的街道，悠悠古城，缭绕人心......

i picked some colourful flowers. we drank tea with milk. there is a small desert, it was very hot when i walked on it. the sand could sing. these trips helped me open my eyes. i enjoyed my day.
