为什么学生应该有效沟通英语作文【一】
在观看余世维《有效沟通》的讲座后，其中关于“有效倾听”的建议对我启发良多。
作为公务人员，在与基层群众交流过程中，我们时常会觉得与群众存在沟通上的障碍，撇除这样那样的个体外因，“个性顽固”、“文化素质低”常被我们归为与基层群众沟通上的两大顽疾——一个很浅显的道理，反复解释，对方就是不明白，围绕同一问题反复争执不休。如此沟通到最后的结果往往是：问题没解决、时间浪费了、群众不满意。
观看了余世维《有效沟通》的讲座后，结合日常干部监督科接待来访老干部的实践，我对于在与基层群众交流过程中，绕过沟通“两大顽疾”，构建畅通的沟通模式，做了如下总结：
一是引导讲述，构筑交流模式。很多来访群众都是带着情绪与不满来的，与之沟通的第一步不应是“被动的等提问，然后讲道理讲规定”，而应先引导其诉说、讲述：一方面在诉说过程中缓解其紧张、焦虑的情绪，基本掌握其情绪状态和谈话节奏，另一方面在诉说的同时讲双方交流的`模式由简单的“提问——回答”的单向模式，转化为“讲述——提问——交流”的双向模式。在与群众沟通的这一环节，可能并不能清晰的获知对方的困难与问题，重要的是为下一环节的沟通构筑渠道，此交流环节一般可控制在3—5分钟。
二是适时切入，归纳问题关键。要注重效率的与群众交流，就要适时的切入群众的讲述，询问其具体困难与问题。切入环节是整个交流沟通中最关键的环节，询问方应注重三方面问题：第一，切入时间的掌握。切入时间不易过长，过长影响谈话效率；亦不宜过短，过短，询问方还来不及把握讲述方情绪状态和谈话节奏，不利于控制下一步交流；第二，切入要素的把握。询问方在明确切入后，应以适当方式向讲述人提出三方面问题：为什么来，有什么问题，对组织有什么要求；第三，快速归纳问题。在交流过程中，即使有询问人的引导，讲述人的讲述也可能是凌乱的，夹杂很多情绪和个人看法，这就要求询问人在倾听过程中，边记录下关键问题，边进行问题的整理归纳，尽可能做到谈话结束时，问题归纳完成。
三是情绪带动，置换立场思考。在与群众交流过程中，询问方对讲述方的情绪把握是贯穿整场交流的一根红线，可以说是丝丝入扣的影响每个环节的交流效果。总的来说应把握如下几点：引导人自身的情绪平和，以安慰舒缓引导交流双方形成平和的谈话氛围；引导人精神集中，把握谈话节奏，切忌在交流过程中一心两用，边谈话边做别的工作，引起对方的不信任感，影响沟通的有效性；引导人换位思考，在听取对方反映的问题后，能主动站在对方的立场思考问题难于解决的困难关键，配合对方的情绪，维持畅通的沟通渠道的同时，结合本职工作实际，明确可以协调的问题，应该移交的问题和不能解决的问题，为下一个环节的反馈打基础。
四是现场反馈，构筑良性沟通。切入环节谈话的结束并不代表整场沟通的结束，一次真正意义上的有效沟通还需要一个现场反馈环节。现场反馈的内容包括：归纳总结群众反映的问题，征求群众就问题全面性准确性的意见，现场明确可以协调的问题，应该移交的问题和不能解决的问题。一个良好的现场反馈是整场沟通最后环节，更是对于此次沟通有效性的最好检验。

these young people are wrong. in my opinion every student should have a knowledge of housework. after all, they will have a family of their own, and they should do their part in keeping a good home. boys should also learn to do housework, for what will they do if they remain single? though not all boys remain single, yet they will be very helpful in the family if they know some housework. anyhow they will not lose anything, but, on the contrary, they will gain something useful.
for what i said above, we can find some eamples of our fellow-students studying abroad. all young men do housework as girls do. someone would argue that we can employ servants. this is true. however, what shall we do if the servant leaves us and all things are left to ourselves? we just cannot leave our clothes as they are and let worms and ants eat them up. and what can we do it we go and study in a foreign country where servants are out our means to employ? we must work for ourselves. why not start to learn to do housework now or else it will be too late? everyone should learn to do housework. what do you think about my idea, boys and girls?

Why students can't help wearing expensive things which are famous brands?
The reason why they prefer to wear expensive clothes is just for face. Some students thought the more expensive they wear, the more confident they are. Only wearing brand clothes can they become proud. Some students are afraid to looked down if they don't wear brands things. It is easy for students to compare what they wear.
As far as I am concerned, I don't agree that students pursue famous brand. Most students can't earn money by themselves. We can't waste the money to buy expensive things which are not useful. It is hard for parents to make money. Remember, the main task of the students is to study.

收到通知要观看余世维《有效沟通》视频，当时就在想，有效沟通有什么好看的，我们不是天天在与人打交道与人沟通吗。自认为在社会上摸爬滚打十几年，外加两年的创业经历，什么三教九流的人没见过没打过交道，这还要学!自己还有那么多工作没做完呢，哪有时间看这!一翻挣扎后，还是很无耐，“端人家饭碗听别人使唤”，哎……看就看呗。
当我怀着极不情愿的心情去观看了余世维教授所授《有效沟通》课程，结果还是蛮意外的。从一开始反感，到感觉这人讲话还是有点激情的，后来觉得越来越有意思。原来人与人之间的沟通还有这么多小技巧，之前我的那些想法和做法都是不对的，这时才感觉到自己的无知和土鳖，硬生生地给了自己一记大嘴巴子。这时想起一句很经典的话，“活到老学到老，还有三分没学到!”
视频分享了余教授在工作生活中沟通的技巧，对我很有启发。有效的沟通能使事情简单通顺，所表达的意思指令明确，叫执行的人明白，这很重要。误解所下达的'指令，一是延误办事效率，二是出现方向性的偏差，给工作带来严重失误。给我印象最深的就是“沟通循环”：尊重地倾听→澄清你的了解→提出你的观点→确认对方了解你的观点，只要重复做好“沟通循环”，就能达到有效的沟通。
沟通是门学问也是门艺术，沟通不是说服而是感染，是形象展示、言行一致的体现，值得我去学习和追随。让我们以主动、关心、积极、空杯的心态从聆听他人开始，让有效沟通使我们能更高效地完成本职工作，为公司发展贡献自己的力量。
