不要轻信关于领取资助资金的陌生电和网络谣言。目前，我国已建立了较为完整的贫困学生资助体系，资助政策实现了从学前教育到高等教育的全覆盖。同时，各地各校还积极争取社会资金，加大对贫困学生的资助力度。不管是国家资助政策还是社会资助项目，也不管是哪个部门实施的资助项目，最终都要通过当地政府有关部门或学校进行实施，都要将资助项目通过有关媒体（网站）或在学校较醒目的地方进行公示，都需要学生本人提出申请，不可能绕过当地政府有关部门或学校而通知学生本人或家长直接领取资助资金，也不可能向学生收取任何费用，更不会要求家长或学生本人持银行卡在自动柜员机上按要求进行操作领取资助。天上不会掉馅饼，千万不要轻信关于领取资助资金的陌生电特别是长途陌生电，千万不要轻信未经证实的关于领取资助资金的信息（包括网络信息、手机短信等）。当收到关于领取资助的陌生电或信息时，请务必高度警惕，一定要弄清楚资助项目名称及实施单位等，要多方打听，并及时向学校或当地政府有关部门进行咨询，弄清事情真相，千万不要盲目听从陌生电或有关信息的诱导。
不要随意泄露个人有关信息。根据近年学生上当受骗的情况看，基本上都是不法分子事先掌握了学生有关信息，然后有针对性的`对学生或家长进行诈骗。因此，请大家务必高度警惕，千万不要将个人有关信息特别是身份证号码、银行账号及密码、高考准考证号及密码等随意告诉他人，千万不要随意上传到网上，以免让不法分子掌握，进而针对性编造谎言实施诈骗。
如果上当受骗请及时采取应对措施。如果因为不慎导致上当受骗，蒙受经济损失，请务必及时采取应对措施：一是务必在第一时间报警，请公安机关帮助解决；二是及时报告学校老师，请学校及时提醒其他同学做好防范；三是及时将有关情况告诉家人，不要让他们担心。千万不要盲目听从不法分子的花言巧语而耽误追回损失的最佳时机，让不法分子逍遥法外。
