I surely disagree with father ’s philosophy. As a leader, he shouldn ’t use his power to make money. It is his duty to serve people wholeheartedly, just one person said “with great power comes great responsibility ”. If he stick to his philosophy. I believe that he will spend the rest of his life in prison. What’s worse, he could affect his son ’s philosophy, guiding him in the opposite direction , nothing can be done to reverse the trend itself. The only solution is to change father ’s philosophy. Because of many greedy officials in China, it is time to reverse the trend itself by establishing new policy. As Chinese always has been our confidence that we can change for the better and better.
In my opinion, there is more to to life than just money -it is happiness, nothing is important than happiness. We can live a colorful life in our spare time.

春分养生吃什么?春分是二十四节气之一，春分的到来预示真正进入春季了，那么，春分吃什么养生呢?春分习俗吃春菜，时令蔬菜是养生首选。
1、荠菜
吃春菜是春分的习俗，挖荠菜、炒鸡蛋，可以去除猫冬积藏下来的浊气，免于春困。春季补钙首选蔬菜，非荠菜莫属。荠菜营养丰富，其维生素C、类胡萝卜素以及各种矿物质含量较高，尤其值得一提的是，其含钙量接近同等质量牛奶的3倍。
荠菜常被人们制作成包子或饺子馅。将荠菜炒食、蘸酱凉拌或做汤都可以成为令人垂涎的美味。除此之外，还可以用荠菜来做菜羹，调制出美味的荠菜粥。
要挑选不带花的荠菜，这样才比较鲜嫩好吃;荠菜根的药用价值很高，食用时不应摘除;荠菜不宜久烧久煮，时间过长会破坏其营养成分，也会使颜色变黄，荠菜做菜时，不要加蒜、姜、料酒来调味，以免破坏荠菜本身的清香味。
2、香椿
春分时节的香椿，香味浓郁，鲜嫩清脆，口感和营养都是最好的。我国民间自古就有“食用香椿，不染杂病”之说。中医认为，香椿味苦，性寒，有清热解毒、健胃理气功效;它味道芳香，能起到醒脾、开胃的作用。
不过春食香椿要趁早，等到四月中旬之后，大部分地区香椿芽中的硝酸盐含量都超过了世界卫生组织和联合国粮农组织的标准。也就是说，香椿芽越嫩，其中硝酸盐越少，那么将来储藏中产生的亚硝酸盐也越少。
直接从树上采摘下的新鲜香椿嫩芽，可以直接入菜。但如果从市场上买来的香椿，一定再吃之前做焯烫处理。在沸水中焯烫1分钟左右，可以除去三分之二以上的亚硝酸盐和硝酸盐，同时还可以更好地保存香椿的绿色。
3、豆芽
春天是维生素B2缺乏症的多发季节，春天多吃些黄豆芽可以有效地防治维生素B2缺乏症。常吃黄豆芽有健脑、抗疲劳、抗癌作用。黄豆在发芽过程中，黄豆中使人胀气的物质被分解。有些营养素也更容易被人体吸收了。
市场上出售的无根豆芽多数是以激素和化肥催发的，无根豆芽是国家食品卫生管理部门明文禁止销售和食用的蔬菜之一。正常的绿豆芽略呈黄色，不太粗，水分适中，无异味;不正常的颜色发白，豆粒发蓝，芽茎粗壮，水分较多，有化肥的味道。另外，购买绿豆芽时选5～6厘米长的为好。
炒豆芽时应热锅快炒，使维生素C少受破坏。绿豆芽性寒，烹调时宜配上一点姜丝，中和它的寒性。炒绿豆芽时加入一点醋，既可防止维生素B1流失，又可以加强减肥作用。
4、莴笋
春季也是各类过敏性疾病的高发季节。研究发现，莴笋中的某种物质可以抵抗春季因过敏而引发的鼻炎，缓解过敏病人的痛苦。常吃莴笋可增强胃液和消化液的分泌，增进胆汁的分泌。莴笋中的钾是钠的27倍，有利于促进排尿，维持水平衡，对高血压和心脏病患者有很大的裨益。
莴笋和芸豆就是补钙的绝妙搭配。每100克芸豆含钙135毫克，而莴笋的根中含有一种菊粉，能够加强钙的吸收。莴笋和芸豆适合凉拌，不仅爽口，而且营养损失少。
莴笋忌咸，烹调时不宜放盐过多，否则可使营养成分外渗，也影响其口味。莴笋不宜用铜制器皿烹制或存放食用，可破坏其中所含抗坏血酸，使营养成分降低。
5、韭菜
春分时节值得一吃的有韭菜。俗话说，韭菜有“春食则香，夏食则臭”之说。这时的韭菜嫩鲜，最好吃。韭菜中胡萝卜素和维生素C的含量较高，叶酸和钾含量也不错。而且，韭菜中有大量膳食纤维，能促进肠胃蠕动，预防便秘。另外，韭菜特殊的辛辣香味来自于其含有的异硫氰酸盐，有抑制多种细菌的作用。
韭菜一般分细叶和宽叶两种，细叶韭菜叶子窄而长，颜色深绿，而宽叶韭菜叶子比较宽，呈淡绿色，香味没有细叶韭菜浓郁。购买春韭时注意，叶片较窄，且根部为紫色的最为细嫩，而叶片较宽且根部为淡绿色的则香味要淡一些，可根据自己的口味需求来购买。
春韭比较细嫩，经不起大火旺油的折腾，所以烹炒时要注意火候和时间，不要过度烹饪。注意，韭菜有“洗肠草”之称，对于消化不好或有胃肠道疾病的`人来说，不要多吃。
6、春笋

1、吃春菜
