在这纷纭的世界里,老师专业化究竟是什么?带着这个思考,我在书中找到了答案:老师专业化是老师个体专业不断发展的过程。老师专业化本质上是个体成长的过程,是老师不断接受新知识,增长专业能力的过程。老师要成为一个成熟的专业人员,需要通过不断的学习与探究历程来拓展其专业内涵,提高专业水平,从而达到专业成熟的境界。一个精神富裕、专业化程度高的老师,他能以自己特殊的职业眼光,掏出课程的引人入胜之处,以最简洁的.线条,拉动最丰富的信息,以最轻松的方式,让学生得到最有分量的收获;能从最接近学生现在的起点,带领他们直到离自己最远的终点;能最大限度地尊重每一个学生;他不仅能让学生学懂、学透知识,而且能把教学过程变成一种富有亲和力的情感体验过程,和学生一起沉浸于其中,热爱于其中,出神入化地与学生一起创造于其中,并使学生的心灵飞翔起来;他有强烈的课程开发意识,不仅关注“跑道”的设置,面更关注学生跑的过程,他能让生活成为一种教育,把教育变成一种生活。只有拥有可持续发展能力的老师才能始终站在社会进步的前缘。
