After lunch we drank some milk.

于是一直支持着同时也密切的关注着【城市早8点】和【苏州轨道交通】的微博，并且积极的参与活动，一直没有中过任何奖项的我，居然在前几天得知微博转发，我中了5张2号线的试乘券，开心的差点蹦起来，于是马上去领了试乘券，昨天先叫家人去体验了2号线，各种设施和设备都比1号线要好很多很多，并且家人问了轨道交通的工作人员是否可以在9点--17点以外的时间试乘呢？工作人员的回答是早上6点多地铁就开了，当然可以坐啊！于是今天早上7点多和家人一起去”友新站“坐地铁，却被工作人员拦了下来说：9点到17点以外的时间是不可以乘坐地铁的，但是我们看到的却是地铁在运行，我们也解释了昨天其他的工作人员和我的家人所说的话，他们的回答是：只能在指定时间试乘！
对于以上问题，以下我有几个质疑，烦请轨道交通的负责人能够给与回答，谢谢!
1.工作人员回答问题不正确！是没有培训好？还是并没有对于试乘活动给予培训？？
2.早9点到下午17点以外的时间地铁为什么要空跑？
3.试乘时间的安排：2013.12.9--15日（9：00--17：00），对于这个时间我有几个想法，第一，既然轨道交通作为便利的交通工具，那么主要乘坐人群是上班族，为什么9日-13日不把试乘时间安排在早7点--9点，下午17点--19：00点呢？？这样就可以让上班一族也体验到2号线的.便利，14日和15日周末休息，试乘时间可以安排在9点---17：00之间啊？第二，这个试乘时间安排，那么只能给平时不上班的爷爷奶奶，大爷大妈们去试乘，那么他们主要的生活就遛弯买菜，应该没什么时间去做地铁玩吧？轨道交通的主要利用人群不就是上班族吗？？
4.今天轨道交通的服务人员的态度，不专业，回答模棱两可，这个都是对2号线即将开通的不重视！应该加以培训！
终上所述，没有让大多数人群享受到试乘活动，那么就是这个活动的最大失败！希望领导们看到这封信，可以给予我一个合理的回答。。
