蚂蚁国的达里，是个有名的大力士。他能独自拖动比身体重六百倍的东西，别的蚂蚁拼着命，咬着牙，也只能拖动比自己身体重五百倍的东西。一次，他居然从树丛里抱着一只死蜻蜓，走了八百里。别惊讶，这是按蚂蚁国的里程计算的。当他把蜻蜓拖到蚂蚁国洞口时，蚂蚁国国王都惊讶了，不住地夸他能干，力气大。
还有一次，那可真是惊险。在蚂蚁国里有一个很大的'仓库，里面装有各类食品，食品码放得比蚂蚁们高出十几倍。那天，蚂蚁们齐心协力把一块巧克力拖进仓库，想把它码上垛去。不知哪位蚂蚁不小心把垛碰倒了，垛顶的一个大米包顺势落下来，真不得了，足有几千斤重的物体(当然是蚂蚁国的重量落下来，还不把蚂蚁们砸个折胳膊断腿的。在这千钧一发的时刻，小蚂蚁达里一步向前，用坚实的身躯，顶住米包，他高喊着：“快闪开!”直到蚂蚁们逃离险区，才放下米包，尽管他累得浑身是汗，但丝毫没有伤着筋骨。蚂蚁们纷纷围上来，赞扬他的献身精神。达里不住地说：“为了大家，没什么!”
不知哪位蚂蚁别出心裁，向蚂蚁国王建议，要像人类那样，举行全国性举重比赛，蚂蚁国王欣然同意，这第一次全国比赛当然场面宏大，热闹非凡，达里也真是不负众望，取得了全国轻重量级的举重冠军，获得蚂蚁国大力士称号。当他拿到金光闪闪的奖脾时，心里异常激动。心想，以前我拖过蜻蜓，顶过下落的米包，卖了那么大的力气，谁给过我奖励?只是唾沫粘麻雀，用嘴夸两句而已。看来我应该注意节省力气，留着重大比赛时用，平时把力气用完，比赛时就没有了，那不吃了大亏。
达里自认为找到了做蚂蚁的真理，从此，再也不像以前那样卖力气地干活了。开始时，时时处处找轻松活干，该他使力气的时候，不是装病，就是装装样子，不肯多花一点儿力气。他想，我才不当傻瓜，听那没用的夸奖呢，那金光闪闪的奖牌，厚厚的奖金，才是最实惠的呢。
当全国第二次举重比赛开始的时候，蚂蚁达里自然信心十足，抱着重拿冠军，再获奖牌的愿望走上比赛场。可是万万没想到，他连去年纪录的一半也没达到，而让平时不起眼的、默默劳动的星星得了冠军。蚂蚁国轰动了，蚂蚁们高高举起星星向他祝贺，当蚁王向星星发授奖牌的时候，达里溜到一个角落里，哇哇大哭起来。
直到很久很久以后，蚂蚁达里才明白：投机取巧，处处偷懒，身上的力气会消失的，所以才失去了当大力士的资格。达里决心重新开始，把大力士的称号夺回来，那么，他该怎么办呢?

On a summer vacation I travel to refresh myself and to see the countryside. When I use my feet and walk on a grass covered path or among the hills I feel detached from the noise of the city and closer to the nature. And when I travel on foot I get more freedom. I can plan my own schedule. I can choose my own route. I can stop where I like. He and I are in the same school and in the same class. So, we can help each other. We alway play in the school together. he likes to do thing I like. He lives in the Ningbo Jiangdong, so he hardly came to my home in Zhenghai but I alway go to his home on weekends and he sometimes will come to my home on weekends. Sometimes we will fight but we alway get along well.
His mother is a doctor in the Li-Hui-Li hospital and I know where her office is. His father is a worker in the Bei-Lun power plant. He is a head of a group. So, his father has a lot of work to do.
He and I are in the same school. We usually have a good time so he is my best friend.
