今天，我在做老师布置的数学作业时，被一道题困住了，题目是这样的：一块直角梯形，它的下底是40米，如果上底增加38米，这块地就变成了正方形，原梯形的面积是（ ）平方米？我左思右想，怎么都做不出来。这时，爸爸买了早饭回来，他看见我愁眉苦脸的样子，就说：“怎么了？又有什么题做不来？”于是，我就把这道题拿给了爸爸看，爸爸看了，脸上露出了微微一笑。
他瞟了我一眼，说：“这么简单的.问题都不会做。”我听了，嘟着嘴说：“那你教我吧！”于是，爸爸就先叫我把直角梯形画好，然后再标出它的下底。他启发我再画虚线，把它画一个正方形后，梯形的高就是40米，再用下底减掉上底增加的，这不就做不出来了吗？于是，我听了，就在草稿本上算了起来。过了一会儿，我把答案算出来了，是840平方米。
我把答案写在卷子上后，爸爸又对我说：“做数学题，一定要多想想，有时还要画图来帮助分析解决。”
这件事情也让我懂得了，凡事都要多动脑，就没有不能解决的问题。

问题之所以成其为问题，是因为它永远不会自动消失。不仅如此，如果听任问题的自行发展，甚至有可能导致事态的进一步恶化。面对问题，苦恼、悲伤、抱怨往往是毫无裨益的；唯一的办法，就是正视它、分析它进而解决它。有问题是正常的，应该说没有任何企业、团队甚至个人没有问题，问题的出现自有不同的原因，因此，处理的时候也不可能用单一的办法去解决，要解决好不同的问题，应当学会透过现象看本质，抓住本质中存在的不同内核去加以解决，才是最有成效的解决办法。所以说，我们不仅要勇于解决问题，更要学会善于解决问题。
书中第五章是“还有什么新办法”，本章节的内容讲得很有道理，意思是说往往一个很尖锐的问题，很容易被人们发现，但是解决问题的办法就不仅只有一个了。办法是通过不断地揣摩不断的总结而产生的，如果在解决问题时采用单一的解决办法，工作是不会有新思路的，要学会另辟蹊径，选用最简单有效的方法解决问题。在工作中，我们应当将解决问题的过程看做是能力的锻炼及经验积累的机会。积极的心态，会成就卓越的员工、卓越的经理人，心态可以左右自己的工作和绩效，积极的人像太阳，照到哪里哪里亮；消极的人像月亮，初一十五不一样——那么，我们做就要做个积极的人，调整好心态去迎接问题、解决问题。
是的，工作中没有解决不了的问题，只要保持积极的心态，透过表象看问题，抓住问题的本质，所有的问题都会迎刃而解，由此，解决问题则会成为工作中的乐趣。请朋友们相信，解决问题能使我们充满活力!

前天，妈妈，外公和外婆给我买了一只烧鸡，我垂涎三尺，恨不得一口把这盘烧鸡吃掉。
正当我吃得津津有味时，突然，感觉到嗓子很难受，让妈妈一看，原来我的嗓子卡了一块小骨头。
我很难受，自己想咽下去 ，可是不行，想吐出来，也不行，我急得快要哭了。
外公说：“快喝点醋，醋能把骨头软化。”我喝了一口醋，好酸好酸，可是没用，我更难受了，我说不行不行，他们只好想别的办法了。
外婆灵机一动，说：“吃馒头能把刺咽下去。”我急忙吃了一口馒头，又吃了一口，可是还不行，怎么办呢？我使劲发出“咔咔”的声音，希望通过振动把骨头吐出来，我觉得嗓子没那么难受了，我又使劲儿“咔”了几声，鸡骨头终于吐出来了。我们都松了一口气。
通过这件事我明白了一个道理：吃东西一定要细嚼慢咽，不论干什么事，只要认真，坚持不懈就一定能够成功。

我发现，床头柜上有三条裙子，是妈妈昨晚给我准备的，她让我自己选择哪条裙子就穿哪条裙子。我看外面太阳挺大的，想着今天一定很热，我就挑了一条带有黄花的短连衣裙，爸爸给我梳完小辫子也走了。我穿的时候，后面的拉链太难拉了，我费很大的劲才拉了一点点。我给妈妈打电话，看她有什么好办法，可是，我打了两个电话，电话一直没打通，我就把电话挂了，我自己拉呀拉，费了很大力气终于拉上来了，我自言自语地说：“手都麻了。”
刷完牙，洗好脸，到厨房一看，妈妈今天准备的早餐是煎荷包蛋和汤圆，只是可能煮好的汤圆放的时间长了，吃起来有点凉，没有平时好吃，我又想打电话问妈妈，又一想，妈妈不是让我当小主人吗，自己的事情还是自己解决吧。我就按照妈妈以前教过我的办法，端起小锅放到电磁炉上，调到定时两分钟，很快就热好了。
穿着自己挑选的衣服，吃着自己加热的早餐，我心里美滋滋的。

2.I love cats,they are very intelligent.They have a lot of colors,I like most is black cat,black cat 's eyes are yellow,and the cat's eye at night will flash.The cat is very clever,can climb trees,most cats are caught rats.They are not easy to get sick,is adapted to survive in the wild,so there are so many stray cats.They are very poor,we should help them.
3.I used to have a Persian cat at my house. It is long curly hair, green eyes or a blue one! The lovely little nose is always smelling, and still a pure breed! Don't mention how cute it is! He is one of my favorite Persian cats - gigi.
Kiki's temper is very small, generally very mild.
