在这个清凉的早晨，大约五点半，我和姐姐去迎宾路跑步。从翠阳小区篮球场开始长跑。一大早，篮球场就有许多学生在热火朝天地打篮球；老人们在轻松自如地活动着；小孩子们在兴奋地玩着体育健身器具。宽广的马路上，车辆寥寥无几，马路显得空荡荡的。路上凉风习习，风儿悄悄地跑进上衣里给我挠痒，舒服极了！
