I know teacher’s mood have great impact on student,especially their enthusiasm towards study. If I were a teacher, I wouldn’tleave students much homework.
Too much homework may have negative impact onstudents, even resisting going to school. Besides, I want them have some sparetime to do what they want. If I were a teacher, I wouldn’t have a preference forthe high score students.
On the contrary, I would pay more attention to the relativelypoor students. I think they need more help and encouragement. If I were ateacher, I wanted to try my best to be a friend of my students. In spare time,we can talk to each other or join some activities together. I don’t act as aserious teacher that students are afraid of. I think a teacher like friendwould be much more helpful to students.
有的时候，在听老师讲课时，我会忍不住想象，假如我是一名老师，我会怎样做。假如我是老师，每一天我都会带着微笑走进教室。我很清楚老师的情绪会对学生的学习热情产生影响。
假如我是老师，我不会给学生布置过多的作业。负担过重会对学生产生消极影响，甚至会反感上学。
此外，我也希望他们能有一些空余时间做自己喜欢做的事情。假如我是老师，我不会偏爱高分的学生。

语文，是门博大精深的文化，在初中学习语文的这段时间里，我获益良多，从而总结出了一些经验。
初中时段，我们学的课本里的课文很多，但考试并不考文章的内容，我们学习这些课文是为了学习这篇课文的写作方法，理解这篇文章，以及掌握这篇课文的重要字词，便于我们在面对一篇新文章时的理解。这都是为了考试，所以我就围绕考试这个方法来分析我学习的经验。
考试的第一部分是语言运用，一般我们学习课文时，重要的字词需要掌握和一些字词的意思，还有这些字词需要平时的积累。第一部分里还有排序，概括内容这些题目，做这些题目，是有方法的，例如，排序这题，首先我们要认真看清序号里的内容，选完之后，按你选的序号连起来读一下，看一下通不通顺。
考试的第二部分是古诗文阅读与积累，里面包括古诗赏析和古诗文填空，文言文。古诗赏析需要了解古诗的意思，可以从诗中的一些字词，分析出作者写这首诗的心情、天气、时节、地点等，进而进一步分析。做文言文时，与平时在课堂上学习文言文时积累的一些重要字词的意思或平时课堂上老师讲文言文练习时的积累有关，自己也要勤做笔记，古诗词填空需要平时间的勤背诵，不写错字，自己默写。
第三部分就是现代文阅读，我们首先要仔细阅读文章，了解这篇文章的结构，然后分析作者想要表达的思想感情，对一些问题，是可以在文中寻找的，有些就要靠自己的理解，有时需要多读几遍文章。
对我而言，我在文言文和现代文阅读方面中较差，所以我要掌握好做题的方法，提高我自己的做题能力。
试卷的第四部分就是综合性学习和作文，写作文时，先审题，根据主题或题目，构想好大概内容。写开头时，语句要优美，精练，整篇文章下来，内容要丰富，层次分明，有粗有细，并运用修辞手法，使文章更优美，更生动。写作文还有一个重要的问题，字迹工整，不乱涂乱画。
这就是我的考试经验，对语文学科，我认为自己要达到优秀，绝对不能低于90分，现在，我要更加努力，达到这个目标。

人生就好像一只箭，而目标就好像箭靶，如果连箭靶都找不到，那整天拉弓搭箭有什么用？
我第一次见到它，是在演唱会上。从那天起，我就对这位黑白相间的“绅土”充满了好奇，直到它被买回，来到我的房间。老师教我弹钢琴，开始，我沉迷于它无法自拔，黑白琴键交错响应，简直是来自天堂的音乐啊！但是不知何时起，我乐趣渐渐变淡，老师对我弹奏要求严格，家长也总在一旁添油加醋，我开始厌恶钢琴，碰都不碰，甚至想荒废了它。而一次偶然，百忙中难来一次的姐姐为我弹了一首曲子，是我最爱的《名侦探柯南》的主题曲，还有她比赛时的录像。那时的她，真的是令人敬畏，她看起来庄严又神圣，我突然很羡慕她，有了一种渴望赶超的心情。
从那天起，我的心中就有了目标，我又重拾了那位黑白相间的“绅士”，一有空闲就练琴，我不再把它当作痛苦，而是一种享受。随着时间的推移，我考级后也慢慢参加比赛，我从没有丢失过目标，而是紧紧锁定，虽然，很多次想放弃，但最终悬崖勒马，重拾目标与信心，也许在某一天，我也能登上梦想的舞台。
为了目标而努力，如若遇到困难想放弃，试将问题化大为小，小事化无。有了目标，才会离成功越来越近。
目标对于每个人而言都是必不可少的，它并不受现实的束缚，并不是说因为现实境遇不好，目标便无望。目标是属于现在而存在于未来的，它为我们指明向未来迈进的方向，有了好的目标，就等于有了无限的动力源泉，它能激励着我们向前走一步，再走一步，直至到达胜利的彼岸。

For thousands of years, animals have trodden a slow path, their spirits together with the body. But our human being's transportation is too fast. The body moves but the soul is left behind. We try to free ourselves in convenience, but we only imprison the soul. Since we invented how to count hours, we do everything to short the time, short the deadline. But the time saved can't be shorten. Nowadays, we spend lots of time staying in front of a TV just changing the channels, while we have no time to talk with a good friend or play with our family. We have plenty of time to search old news on the internet, while we hardly think about our life. In the end, the only thing apparent is our loneliness.
Take your time, please. Try to follow the natural steps and have your own clock. Try to share your time with everybody you love, share your mind, your happiness and sadness. Try to read the world we live in, do not only catch a quick glimpse at the society.Someday, when we know how to spend every second in our life, we can then live our own life.

Time flies like an arrow before we realize it .It is known that nothing is more precious than time. The good old proverb "time is money" reminds us that time is valuable. When time goes by, it will never return. However, it is a pity that some people don't make full use of their time .They spend a lot of time in sleeping, chatting playing computer games or other unmeaning matters. . They don't realize that wasting time is actually equal to killing themselves. They always regret not having made great achievements. One of the reasons may be they do not make good use of time. Therefore, in order to be successful, they should first get into the habit of being on time. It’s a sign of cherishing time. Don't put off what can be done today until tomorrow. Being lazy will eventually lead to failure. Don't wait, because you don't know how long it will take when you put off your plan.
The more we are aware of the significance of this famous saying, the more benefits we will get in study or job.
