1。 头绪分明，脉络清楚
写好记叙文，首先要头绪分明，脉络清楚，明确文章要求写什么。要对所写的事件或人物进行分析，弄清事件发生、发展一直到结束的整个过程，然后再收集选取素材。这些素材都应该跟上述五个“ W ”和一个“ H ”有关。尽管不是每篇记叙文里都必须包括这些“ W ”和“ H ”，但动笔之前，围绕五个“ W ”和“ H ”进行构思是必不可少的。
2。 突出中心，详略得当
在文章的框架确定后，对支持故事的素材的选取是很关键的。选材要注意取舍，应该从表现文章主题的需要出发，分清主次，定好详略。要突出重点，详写细述那些能表现文章主题的重要情节，略写粗述那么非关键的次要情节。面面俱到反而使情节罗列化，使人不得要领。这一点是写好记叙文要解决的一个基本问题，也需要一定的技巧。如：
One night a man came to our house and told me， "There is a family with eight children。 They have not eaten for days。" I took some food with me and went。
When I finally came to that family， I saw the faces of those little children disfigured （破坏外貌） by hunger。 There was no sorrow or sadness in their faces， just the deep pain of hunger。
I gave the rice to the mother。 She divided the rice in two， and went out， carrying half the rice。 When she came back， I asked her， "Where did you go?" she gave me this simple answer， "To my neighbors — they are hungry also!"
3。 用活语言，准确生动
记叙文要用具体的事件和生动的语言对人、事、物加以叙述。一篇好的记叙文的语言既要准确、生动，又要表现力强，这样才能把人、事描写得具体生动，其可读性才强。试比较下面一篇例文修改的前后效果。
原文：
One day Xiaoqiang was wandering away。 He was soon lost among people and traffic。 He could not find the way back home and started crying。 Just then， two young students who were passing by found him standing alone in front of a shop and crying。 They went up to Xiaoqiang and asked him what had happened。 Xiaoqiang told them how he got lost and where he lived。 The two students decided to take him home。 Mother was pleased to see Xiaoqiang come back safe and sound。 She invited the two students into the house and gave them some money， but they didn＇t take it。 She served them with tea but they left。
修改后：
The other day， five-year-old Xiaoqiang left home alone and wandered happily in the street。 After some time， he felt hungry so he wanted to go back home。 But he found he was lost among the crowded people and heavy traffic。 When he could not find the way home， he started and crying。 Just then， two young students who were passing by from school found him sanding crying in front of a shop。 They immediately went up to him。
"Little boy， why are you standing here crying?" they asked。
"I want Mom， I go home。" said the boy， still crying。
"Don＇t worry， we＇ll send you home。"
And they spent the next two hours looking for the boy＇s house。 With the help of a policeman， they finally found it。
When the worried mother saw her son come back safe and sound， she was so thankful and she invited the students into her house。 Gratefully， she offered them some money， saying it was a way to express her thanks， but the young students firmly refused it and left without even a cup of tea。

看扬州大明寺有感 六月花尽， 不见人间烟火。有塔九重，名唤栖灵。
以前总感觉庙宇是一个庄严的地方、太过严肃，总也进不了我的心。随着年龄的增长，对这类地方的好感增多，虽不至于磕长头、上香火，但也能领略出寺庙里独特的气氛，一个人在里面呆的久了，难免会受环境影响，心会逐渐变得沉静而空灵。
大明寺香火很鼎盛，可能是去的早了，没有多少游人，大雄宝殿前的大鼎里香火弥漫，有来得早的信徒在哪里虔诚的祈拜。大鼎后面的大香炉围着满满一圈的祈福丝带，寺院里佛乐悠扬，似乎是另一个世界，安详而宁静。
为了不亵渎佛门清净之地，我只在佛堂外照了些相片。大雄宝殿里还有一个男孩子跪在蒲团上背经书，的确是用背的，还很生涩。很难想象一个穿着时尚的男孩如此虔诚。
曲径通幽处，禅房花木深。寺院大多不是以风景吸引人眼球，迷人的只是那种气氛。其余的与一般寺院无
二。但栖灵塔无疑是大明寺的亮点，隋文帝时期建造，后被天火所毁，现在呈现在我面前的也只是后人重建的。塔高九层，在底下看非常宏伟，只可惜外面正在修缮，于是买了门票登塔欣赏。塔的第二曾供奉了舍利，神话剧里面关于舍利的说明十分神奇，正想见识一下长什么样，无奈被供奉的太过严密，看了半天愣是没看到，加上只有一面门开着，里面的灯火又昏暗，只得作罢。沿着狭窄的木楼梯上了第三曾，见识到了传说中的塔中塔。第三楼供奉着一座金丝楠木打造的祈福塔，精致非常。至于其余楼层，都一样的供奉着莲花台上四面环绕而坐的释迦牟尼。
抱着欣赏的心态，不觉的上了九楼。没感觉很累，只是迫不及待的来到回廊俯瞰着大明寺，顶楼风大，没有什么人，传言栖灵塔上能看到整个扬州，这话太过牵强，不过西湖、观音山之类的还是看得很清楚。“登上九重宝塔，并肩看天地皓大”河图的歌又一次被我牵强的了。没有想象中的高，不过一个人站在塔上，眼前的广阔与心中说不清的思绪纠缠在一起，的确另有一番味道。
等到下塔时游人已经有很多了，虽然还是佛乐飘扬，只是再也没有那种平和的'气氛。于是去了藏经阁前观了一会儿鲤鱼，顺便恢复下体力。随后去了钟楼，栖灵塔的票能在钟楼撞钟三下，一声钟吉祥如意、二声钟心想事成，三声钟佛佑平安。愿望很美好，钟声很悠长。似乎耳边还有余音，下了楼，便离开了逐渐喧腾的大明寺。
现在人应该多去一些庙宇类的地方，不为迷信，也不为求什么。只是感受一下这种气氛，涤荡心灵的尘埃。人世间有太多烦恼需要放下，那暮鼓晨钟不该被人所遗忘。
