Beloved father:
It’s a long time no contacting with you since last e-mail. And I miss you so much. Recently I luckily turn to the third officer working on board MV Blue Whale,which is a container ship. I intend to introduce you what Ido on this big vessel in this letter.
I am the third officer working in the deck department. As you know, the third officer is responsible to the master for the proper performance of his assigned bridge watchstanding and navigational duties.
On board, my first daily work is wathckeeping from 8 to 12 and from 20 to 24. my second daily work is in charge of the maintance of the fire-fighting equipment and life-saving equipment. The third , I am also responsible for fire and boat drills, I have to design a muster list and make crew to know the best escape route clearly. Additionally, there are also some simple things I have to do in daily work. For example, I have to assist the Chief Officer in supervising cargo handling operation 、to measure the draft at the discretion of the Chief Officer or the Master、to assist the Master on the bridge with anchoring and mooring and unmooring operation is underway and so on.
In the end, I strongly believed that you must be very familiar with my special work through what I said. And I hope you can stand my back and make me stronger. We will have a reunion soon.

读了1975年母亲节那天比欠。盖茨写给母亲的问候卡后，启迪很多。一句“妈妈，您从来不说我比别人差”引起了我的沉思。
可以说，我就是在这样的鼓励中成长起来的。“不比别人差”话语看似平常，这里确包含着母亲对孩子的爱，更包含着母亲对孩子的无限希望与鼓励。
我出生时，爸爸是名守卫祖国边疆的军人，因为没有父亲在身边陪伴，童年的我从来不敢一个人出去玩儿。母亲发现后，就从让我“独睡”开始锻炼“胆量”。为了帮我找到自信，妈妈还早早地就用上了“男子汉”这个词来人称呼我。每天早晨起床后，妈妈都有会说：“‘男子汉’又象爸爸一样一个人勇敢地渡过了一个良宵。”
到了上学的年龄，正赶上我国神州一号飞船发射成功，看着遨游太空的飞船，我羡慕极了，妈妈知道后，又一次不失时机地说：“上太空得先学会驾驶飞船的本领。”当我知道这种本领只有在《航空航天大学》才能学到时，我就在心里埋下了长大一定考上这所大学的梦想。直到现在，每当学习上取得好成绩时，我就感觉自己又向航空航天大学迈进了一步。而母亲也总是不失时机地说上一句“‘男子汉’真行!”
就是带着这种自信心，我由当初一个不敢独自出门玩的儿童成长为如今已有了许多好伙快乐阅读网伴且学习上在不断进步的中学生。
俗话说：“好孩子是考夸出来的。”盖茨的母亲从来不说自己的孩子比别人差，这绝对不是放纵孩子，而是她知道孩子实实在在的需要这种“鼓励”。只有在孩子的心灵中打下“我能行!我能学会我原来不会的、不懂的东西。”孩子才会鼓起勇气去接受挑战，敢于为理想和目标去拼搏。
与盖茨一样，正是全国人民相信中国的科学家不比别人差，中国的科学家们才创造出了许多“中国制造”，更有了“神舟”号的载人飞天。
古人云：“凡事易先立，立则破!”这个立的过程需要的是勇气，这种勇气就来自于成长过程中的培养与鼓励。
“从来不说我比别人差”使我明白了学习中遇到不懂、不会的问题是正常的事，是学生之所以为学“生”的意义所在。
“从来不说我比别人差”尤如加油站，鼓励我不断地向下一个目标勇敢地进军。
我由一个天真无邪的儿童，成长为会解“x+y=9”的中学生，要感谢多年来“从来不说‘男子汉’比别人差”的母亲。真的!

We can see from the news that when the holiday comes, there are so many people gather in the scenery site. People like to travel today, they can take a plane, take the bus or even take a bike. On my opinion, the best way to travel is by train.
First, it is very cheap. Compare with other ways, such as plane and bus, train is less expensive, people can save a lot of money.
Besides, taking the train is much safer.
People don’t have to worry about crush, which is more happen in the plane or bus. Second, we can enjoy the scenery in the train.
Though the train is very slow, we can have a good sight of the beautiful scenery, when we go to Tibet, we can see different colors and different mountains during the trip. Taking the train is the best way to travel.
今天，随着人们过上更好的生活，人们追求的娱乐。我们可以从新闻上看到当节假日来临的时候，很多人聚集在景点。现在，人们喜欢旅游，他们可以坐飞机，坐巴士甚至骑单车。在我看来，最好的旅游方式是坐火车。第一，这很便宜。和其他方式，如飞机和巴士，坐火车便宜很多，人们可以省下很多钱。而且，做坐火车也更加安全。人们不用担心坠毁，这地发生在飞机和巴士上。第二，我们可以在火车上欣赏风景。虽然火车很慢，我们可以好好看看美丽的风景，当我们去西藏的时候，可以在旅途中看到不同的颜色和不同的大山。坐火车是最好的旅游方式。
