So people call it Mountain City。 In Chong Qing，I went to the Red Stone Center， to see the places which the prisoners lived in the past。 It is a terrible and awful trip。 There are a lot of dogs， and soldiers with guns near the prisons。 And most of the prisons are good， they didn't want to tell the bad people where the other people were。 They lived in very small houses。 No good food to eat， no good water to drink。They had only twenty minutes to stay out side per day but they still said nothing。
I think they are the heros in that century。 I will follow their spirit。

旅行是一种享受，江河湖海，美景处处，让人领略到祖国大地的完美。旅行是一种学习，学会欣赏，学会独立，学会坚强。旅行是一种沉淀，把一切完美储存于心，开启对明天的向往。
状元小学举行声势浩大的研学旅行，我怀着无比激动地心境坐上了去长沙的大巴车。我想我最终能够挣脱妈妈的管束，自由自在地遨游了。一路上，教师带着我们一齐唱歌，一齐吃零食，一齐欢声笑语。天，是那么的蓝；阳光，是那么的灿烂；我的心，是那么的愉悦。
到达目的.地，我兴奋地奔向宿舍，哇，居然是高低床，我梦寐以求的床。并且有独立的洗漱间，超级满意。我把自我的行李搬到上铺，并把我的好朋友黄恋樱叫来和我一齐睡。
开饭了，居然是盒饭。我从来没有吃过盒饭。充满期待地打开一看，呵，居然有三个菜，荤素搭配，营养丰富。出发之前，妈妈还异常担心我挑食，可是，我此刻好饿，我狼吞虎咽。并且其他的同学们也是大口大口地吃饭，杨浩宇和王权鹏还要加饭，完全没有在家里的那种娇气。我想爸爸妈妈能够放心了。
最开心的就是去游乐场。我们像放飞的小鸟，奔向超大的柏乐园。我最喜欢的是旋转木马，可是人太多。教师教育我们要讲秩序，不能插队，我们的一言一行代表着状元小学。我静静地排队，好不容易轮到我了。我选了一匹红色的马，正想爬上去，可是一个一年级的小妹妹也想坐，她可怜巴巴地看着我。唉，谁让我是姐姐呢？我费力地把她抱上去，她居然说多谢，我好开心。
晚上，我自我洗了澡，整理了衣服，教师夸我好能干。其实我睡在床上的时候，好累了。可是我睡不着，我想妈妈了，想她给我讲故事，想她温暖的怀抱，想她做的可口的饭菜。
研学旅行虽然结束了，可是它带给我的最完美的回忆一向印在我的心中。它让我学会了分享，让我学会了独立，让我学会了想我那个暖暖的家。

于是，自降生之日起，我们就一直在路上，开始人生的漫漫行旅。
人生的旅行，不是观光旅游，不是消遣娱乐，一生只有一次，或许真算得上人生苦旅。
说人生苦旅，不过是客观的事物，荆棘总是多于鲜花，纵有鲜花也总是带刺的玫瑰，刺得你心伤，但这一切的一切，毕竟是外界沿途的风景，重要的是看风景的心情。
有则关于心态的小故事，讲的是某妇女随丈夫到戈壁工作，面对艰苦的环境，她写信向母亲哭诉，母亲的回信很简单，却是浸透了人生大智慧的句子：
“孩子，别总看见黑暗的泥土，抬起头，就是满天星辰。”
于是这名妇女领悟了母亲的良苦用心，用心去热爱这片土地。她渐渐发现，泥土依旧是那么黝黑，人们依旧是那么普通，但她的感觉却不同了，外界没有改变，改变的是她的心态，也就是她看风景的心情。
说到旷达乐观，苏东坡算是最著名的\'人物，一生坎坷，一贬再贬，从京城到岭南，乃至到了当时的天涯海角——海南，依旧不改其乐，像他这样的饕餮学士，反而在一路上大饱口福，“日啖荔枝三百颗，不妨长做岭南人！”东坡肉更是流传至今，他的一生都是在漂泊中度过，可他的心态很好，无论什么样的风景他都乐于观赏，无论什么样的处境，他都泰然处之，“自喜渐不为人知。”大隐隐于市，苏东坡，始终保持了一颗赏风景的童心，修成圆绝，达到人生至境。
看今天，有谁受到那么重的打击仍能安之若素？人生的旅途中不如意事十有八九，如果永远沉浸在痛苦中抱恨终生岂不是可悲的很。
放宽自己的心态，怀着一颗赏风景的心去面对生活，便会惬意得多！
“莫听穿林打叶声，何妨吟啸且徐行。竹杖芒鞋轻胜马，谁怕，一蓑烟雨任平生。
料峭春风吹酒醒，微冷，山头斜照却相迎，回首向来萧瑟处，归去，也无风雨也无晴。”
词还是东坡的词。看古今文人墨客，像东坡这样的人不在少数，但没缘由的，就是喜欢读他的词，尤其是这阙《定风波》，读着读着，心境便会平和许多，淡然许多，许多放不下的就会放下。
快意人生，何不纵酒高歌一曲，为这寂寞的人生旅途增添一点欢快的旋律？
