关联理论强大的解释力为翻译研究提供了一个理论框架。在此框架下,从认知角度对翻译过程进行描写,把翻译过程看作是原者—译者—读者之间的两个交际过程,在动态语境中找出各种信息之间的最佳关联,对真实交际意图做作出推理,从而能够全面、科学的阐释话语理解,达到翻译这一交际的目的。

在记叙文写作中,我们可以题目规定的范围内,选择几个生动的、典型的人物生活片断,或事件的情节片断,或景物描写片断,把它们有机地组合起来,共同表现一个主题。这种构思方法,我们称之为“画面组合法”。用这种方法构思的记人叙事的文章,可以在较短小的篇幅内,立体地多角度地表现人物、叙述事件、描写景物。运用画面组合法来构思,就可以给作者留有相当广阔的自由创作的天地,使思路开阔,纵横驰骋。这种构思增加了文章的容量,可以表现更复杂的事件,可以更好地抒发作者的感情,更为深刻地表现文章的主题。
画面组合法,不一定有一格贯串全文的线索。但这并不等于说,文章的那些“画面”可以随便摄取和组接。它们之间的关系应当是分工而又合作的,独立而又集中集。所谓“分工”,就是各个画面表现的角度不同,侧面不同;所谓“合作”,就是所有的画面都要共同表现某一个主题思想。
