亲爱的老师：
从想给你写这封信开始，到在电脑上敲下这几个字的时候，我的心和你一起跳动着，我为你激动，为你喜悦，也为你痛苦，不知不觉热泪盈眶。也许你会惊讶甚至嘲笑我的多愁善感，如果你这样认为，我也不介意。我只想让你知道，这泪水不是因为软弱，而是因为我与你同在。因为看到你为教育事业默默的付出而感动，因为看到你的艰辛困苦而忧愁，因为看到你受到不公对待而悲愤，更因为看到你的成长和成就而喜悦，因为看到你的幸福而幸福……这泪水是为你而流。
无情未必真豪杰。在一个急功近利、浮躁喧嚣的时代，人们大声喧哗却言之无物，谈笑风生却毫无喜悦，汲汲名利却并不幸福。在千百年来的礼教和习俗规训下，流露真实情感几乎成为一种禁忌。人们似乎已经不会流泪了。我不喜欢煽情的眼泪，却对因内心的感动而流泪抱持敬意。因为我知道，那泪水中凝聚的是世间最真挚的情感。
我知道，在一个被称作“尊师重教”的国度，教育其实并没有受到真正的重视，你们也没有得到应有的尊重。你们身上背负着繁重的任务和压力，还时常面临无数的不解和指责。我知道，作为一位教师你们内心的痛苦和无奈。然而，我们应该看到，尽管目前还有这样那样的问题和困难，近年来中国教育依然在社会变革的大潮中曲折向前。我想我们可以看到未来的希望，可以期许未来会变得更好。遥望远方，我们可以更乐观一些，更愉快一些。
尤其是在今天这样一个特别的日子，我们的节日，教师节30岁的生日，这样一个值得纪念的时刻，我们更应该喜悦地为自己庆祝。孔子说，三十而立。立，意味着站立、独立、立身、立命，意味着成为一个真正的人开始在世界上独立行走，找到自己的安身立命之所，这怎能不让人激动呢？作为你的朋友，我为你喜悦，为你期盼，为你祝福。
教师，一个多么美好的称呼，寄寓了人类多少信任、期待和梦想。我看到，在你手中，野蛮粗鄙的孩子变得富有教养，懵懂无知的顽童变得知书达理。你甚至影响了孩子的家长，改变着社区的文化。你不仅仅是在传授知识，更是在为人类传递文明。孩子们从你手中接过火炬，将它燃烧得更加明亮，照耀着周围的`世界，为人类驱散黑暗，迎来光明。
你知道，教育者首先要受教育。特别在今天这样一个信息时代，教师比以往任何时候都更需要学习，学习成为教师最重要的任务和使命。作为教师，我们需要向别人学习。通过读书，我们可以了解人类丰富多样的文化，学习各种有用的知识和经验。特别是阅读那些经过时间检验的经典著作，将极大地丰富我们的精神世界，让我们在赞叹人类所能达到的智慧高度和精神境界时，对教育的价值和人类的未来更坚定信心。
作为教师，我们需要向学生学习。“儿童是人类之师”，因为他们是大自然的产物，尚未被社会的偏见和习俗扭曲，他们身上存在着自然的智慧和成长的秘密。当我们放下自己的自以为是时，我们可以从儿童身上学习很多，特别是在今天的信息时代，学生在很多方面超过了教师。让我们以谦卑之心，放下身段，和学生亦师亦友，共同学习，实现教学相长。
我们还可以从大自然中学习，万事万物皆可为师。人类从动物、植物甚至无生命的事物中学到了很多。世界的参差多态是幸福之源，万事万物不仅让我们的生活丰富多彩，给我们带来无尽的乐趣，还能给我们以丰富的教益。比如最常见的也是作为生命之源的水，古往今来就给了人类很多启迪。老子说，上善若水，善利万物而不争。孔子亦云，君子见大水必观焉……
当然，你知道，学习中包含着思考，思考是学习的核心。思考不仅让我们理解知识，认识世界，而且给我们带来精神的丰富和乐趣。在这样一个随时随地都可以如此方便地学习的时代，让我们尽情地在学习中享受思考的乐趣吧。
亲爱的老师，我知道，很多时候，你还因为无奈的现实而痛苦，甚至对现实充满失望。你的痛苦也是我的痛苦，虽然我无法替你背负，但我会一直关注你，为你的痛苦而痛苦，因为只有这样我才能真正理解你，为减轻你的痛苦尽绵薄之力。我相信，终有一天，尽管痛苦仍然存在，但你将不再失望。

我知道，你们今天的所作所为，将在很大程度上决定着中国的未来。
