一走进上海欢乐谷，欢声笑语便扑面而来。空气中荡漾着尖叫与激情，使人顿时热血沸腾。我在“谷木游龙”的队伍里排了近一小时，终于能看见那流线型的列车和纵横交错的轨道。我的心跳加剧，怀着期待与紧张，准备着迎接一次全新的体验。
自从三个月前在地铁里偶然看见上海欢乐谷的广告，我便一直向往着来到这个都市的休闲圣地。倒不是因为别的什么，而是那条长达880米的云霄飞车轨道深深吸引了我。从小我就向往着有朝一日能体验这种“生命不能承受之轻。”今天，我终于如愿以偿。面对着即将到来的全新体验，我心中的激动是无法用语言表达的。
终于轮到我了。工作人员为我们固定了安全设施，确认一切正常后，便发车了。“现在我们即将踏上一段短暂而又难忘的旅途，大家准备好了吗?OK， Let’s go!”链条嘎吱嘎吱的响了起来，我们也随之缓缓上升。我的心在狂跳，为了使自己稍微平静一点，我拼命深呼吸。突然，就在我毫无防备之时，列车像一只发现猎物的鹰向下俯冲，还没等我反应过来，又如一匹脱缰的野马疾驰狂奔。我感觉浑身仿佛失去了重量，下方似乎有一个无形的黑洞将我吸引着。我唯一能做的只有尽全力呐喊，似乎这样能使列车速度减慢，但列车仍疯狂地穿梭于轨道之间。我不知道自己在哪儿，也不知道自己将被带到何处。阳光照得眼睛无法睁开，前方的路程似乎遥遥无期……
当列车突然在毫无防备之时停下，世界显得出奇的寂静，以致使人感到对它十分陌生。
我发现我们回到了起点。
片刻的宁静。瞬间，突然爆发出了震耳欲聋的欢呼声与尖叫声。没有人不在欢庆，没有人不在欢笑，没有人不在为刚才所经历的冒险而自豪。身旁的老外对我竖起了大拇指：“You are wonderful!”那天的阳光似乎格外灿烂，整个下午我都在为这次全新的体验而兴奋，我也为自己的勇气而感到自豪。
晚上，皓月当空。月光照耀在我的`枕旁，显得格外清幽。回想着今天那全新的体验，我感悟到了什么。人生正如那云霄飞车一样，有高潮也有低谷。该来的总会来，该过去的也总会过去。当你已尝遍人生的甘与苦，成与败，爱与憎，善与恶时，你便又回到了初始。这更是一种全新的体验。想到这，我由衷的笑了，并且很快进入了梦乡。

在参加那次的净滩活动前，我是一个不懂得为别人付出的人，我的心中永远筑起一道围墙，总让我无法认同其他人付出的精神，只觉得他们好无趣，得不到回报的话，付出又有什么意义?让他们去帮助别人的原因又是什么?
当时，妈妈自作主张的帮我报名一场净滩活动，我当天心不甘情不愿的到了那个沙滩，发现沙滩上全是垃圾!当看到了这个场景时，不禁心头一震。活动开始时，我在心有不甘、嘴里碎碎念的情况下，开始了我生平第一次的净滩活动。我带着满腔恼怒和不解，一边把垃圾夹起，一边在嘴里咒骂着，可是看到旁人都没有抱怨、安分守己的样子，我只好闭上了我的嘴巴。
不知道过了多久，我猛然回头一看，发现身后的沙滩，是多么的洁净无暇、多么的美丽!我这时才了解到，为什么其他人要无怨无悔的付出了，我当时立刻享受到了付出的喜悦，在接下来的活动中，我快马加鞭的把剩下的垃圾捡干净，这时，最后再回头一望，没有任何污染、没有任何垃圾的沙滩，是多么美丽的风景呀!
透过这次的活动，我深刻到了助人的喜悦，俗话说：“助人为快乐之本。”这句话真是一点也不假。这次的活动及感受，也深深的烙印在我心中。

So people call it Mountain City。 In Chong Qing，I went to the Red Stone Center， to see the places which the prisoners lived in the past。 It is a terrible and awful trip。 There are a lot of dogs， and soldiers with guns near the prisons。 And most of the prisons are good， they didn't want to tell the bad people where the other people were。 They lived in very small houses。 No good food to eat， no good water to drink。They had only twenty minutes to stay out side per day but they still said nothing。
