您们好，赵X林有幸于2010年10月担任程式设计工作一职，期间承蒙老板的赏识，以及赵总经理的栽培与照顾，让我获益良多。今因个人因素请准自2012年6月15日起辞去现有职务。
对于未能继续为公司效劳深感歉意，恳请公司见谅。
希望在现有工作时间内，公司能找到更好的人选顶替这个位置;我也将在公司的剩余时间内做好本职工作和工作交接。未能与公司共进退很遗憾，也很抱歉，祝公司业务蒸蒸日上!

20本世纪30年代，一位犹太传教士每天早晨，总是按时到一条乡间土路上散步。无论见到任何人，总是热情地打一声招呼：“早安。”其中，有一个叫米勒的年轻农民，对传教士这声问候，起初反映冷漠，在当时，当地的居民对传教士和犹太人的态度是很不友好的。然而，年轻人的冷漠，未曾改变传教士的热情，每天早上，他仍然给这个一脸冷漠的`年轻人道一声“ 早 安”。
终于有一天，这个年轻人脱下帽子，也向传教士道一声：“早安。”
好几年过去了，纳粹党上台执政。这一天，传教士与村中所有的人，被纳粹党集中起来，送往集中营。在下火车、列队前行的时候，有一个手拿指挥棒的指挥官，在前面挥动着棒子，叫道：“左，右。”被指向左边的是死路一条，被指向右边的则还有生还的机会。传教士的名字被这位指挥官点到了，他浑身颤抖，走上前去。当他无望地抬起头来，眼睛一下子和指挥官的眼睛相遇了。传教士习惯的脱口而出：“早安，米勒先生。”米勒先生虽然没有过多地表情变化，但仍禁不住还了一句问候：“早安。”声音低得只有他们两人才能听到。最后的结果是：传教士被指向了右边---意思是生还者。

Dear Alan,
I love you. You are my best friend and confidant. Together we are one union, that of love, a love that is unlike any that I have ever felt or experienced before. How did such a blessing evolve?
You amaze me. You make me dance, when before I wanted to walk. You make me sing, when before I only whispered. You make me see, when before I was blind. You are the constant in my life.
I fell in love with you when I realized how blissful love is. It is rare, but, when your heart finds it there is nothing that deters you away. You have baptized me with your love. What a blessing. What a priceless gift. How did I get to be so lucky? Lucky to have found you. My love, always, forever ... I love you.

恩，言归正传，其实看的时候，我还在想这种挑战传统的教育方法会给他们带来什么福音，绝对想不到会是这么个结果。尼尔的自***是个导火线。其实我很不理解自***。解脱了自己，然后给在世的人痛苦。很自私的一种做法。为什么尼尔不试着向爸爸说出他真实的想法呢，谈判不行再自***也不迟的麽。
作为少数人中的一个，甚至是唯一个，来挑战大多数。至少在勇气这方面，我很敬佩John Keating，成没成功，我不敢妄下结论，但至少，他做了，《《Dead poets society》简短观后感》。大多数人说你错了，你真的错了么？
影片的最后，看似最保守的Todd最先站起来，站在课桌上，"oh,captain,mycaptain."那是心灵最深处的`渴望吧。需要释放，不顾一切。挺温馨的一幕。The best way to show theirrespect totheircaptain.不过我不希望，站起来的那些人，都是真心的。毕竟，还有些人，坐着，头枕着脑袋。在进步与保守中，每个人都有自己的选择。
是是非非，纷纷杂杂，已经不是一些简简单单的正误判断题了。于我而言，Cathy就是Mr Keating 。

Christmas Day falls on the twenty-fifth of December.It is a very happy day for many boys and girls .Before the term ends in some schools ,the children act a nativity or “birth” play,showing how Jesus was born in a stable.
On the twenty-fourth of December,all children are very excited.Usually they are sent to bed early so that their parents can get the presents ready.The younger children think that Father Christmas will come down the chimney or fireplace ,so they hang up a sock for him to put presents in.The greedy ones even hang up a pillow-case or a sack to try to get more presents.Later that night,Father or Mother will put presents in the sock,and leave others at the side of the bed.
On Christmas morning,the children wake up very early.Some even turn on the light at two o'clock,and most of them are awake by six o'clock although it is not light in England for another hour or two at this time of the year.Children look for their presents,and the young ones play while the dinner is prepared.At about one o'clock in the afternoon,the Christmas dinner is brought in.The turkey or chicken is quickly eaten.Children search in their Christmas pudding for new coins which are hidden in it.The rest of the day is full of games and eating until the happiest of all Christmas hollidays comes to an end.
