不安于现状，不服既有之束缚，是促使人向上的力量。每个人生来的确有差异，在能力、相貌、家庭条件上会有或多或少的区别。但“目不明可以明，耳不聪可以聪”，先天拥有固然重要，但这并不是决定因素，后天拼搏才是改变一个人命运的良方。“王侯将相宁有种乎？”两千多年前，在富人家的田亩之上，陈胜发出了这样的质疑与感叹，似石破天惊。在之后的大泽乡，正是这样一种精神，激励着陈胜挣脱了统治阶级的束缚，开历史之先河，发动了农民起义，挑战着秦王朝的统治。纵使生而弱，有不安于现状的信念作为支撑，加以后天的不懈追求，定能改变自己的命运，开辟美好的明天。
不屈服一时的失败落后，永远向着富饶强大，是推动国家民族进步发展的动力。国有强弱，邦分富贫，不可避免。但这不代表落后的国家就要向强者低头，因为它们只要冲向强盛，就一定能获得富强的.未来。近代以来，我们中国饱受屈辱，几乎每个国家都可以用武力令华夏屈服。但炎黄子孙是坚强的，在那黑暗的时代，中国没有被打倒，而是从一次又一次的战败中站了起来，不仅击退了残暴日本侵略者，而且建立了崭新的人民共和国。而面临新的挑战，即使是军事强大的美国，中国也不向它低头，而是坚持斗争，接连打赢了抗美援朝战争和对越自卫反击战，书写了一笔华章。就算一时失败又怎样？今天中国早已洗雪了耻辱，并且一步一步走向富强。不服落后，永远向前方，国家才能走向富强。
不可否认，生而强者自然比弱者拥有更广阔的发展空间。但是强者滥用其强，也会逐渐泯然众人。因而强者也需要不断努力奋进，才能利用好自己的“生而强”，进而变为“本来强“。历史上的中国，就是最好的证据。可见，不论是个人、国家，还是民族，是生而弱，还是生而强，既不能妄自菲薄，亦不可故步自封，唯有自立自强，才可以永葆向前之姿态。
