什么是追求追求，是人内心深处对某些事物想要拥有的一种强烈***。
追求必须具有三个特征：一清晰明确的目标，二具体的实施计划，三为之付出行动。
根据追求目标的不同，追求分为两个方面：物质方面的追求和精神方面的追求。事实上人们对物质的追求，最终目的是为了满足精神上的需求。
人们时常把理想、愿望、梦想、以及对未来的憧憬，看成自己的追求，这些东西与追求有很大区别，人们的愿望、理想、憧憬往往都比较笼统、模糊。例如：想有个高薪的工作、想成为有钱的人、想过富裕的生活、想有个温馨的家、有个漂亮的爱人┈┈。而追求则具有明确的目标，例如：我要成为一名百万富翁，我要做外科医生，我要拥有一辆奔驰600┈┈。追求与理想、愿望最大的区别在于，追求一定会实现，而理想、愿望则不一定能实现。
如果询问一百个人，问他们有什么追求？九十九个人会说：想得到很多钱，想过上美满、富裕的生活。其实这些都是他们美好的愿望而已，并非是追求。只有极少数人能讲出自己的追求。这就是为什么只有少数人会实现自己的目标，过上令人向往的生活，而多数人却在失望中度过一生的原因。
成功者与一般人最大的区别在于，成功者都有自己明确的追求目标，为之付出一切，从不动摇和改变。而多数人恰恰相反，很少有明确的追求目标，即使有愿望，还时常是朝三暮四。
追求，是你为之奋斗一生的目标。
追求决定了人生“人生十之八九不如意”，许多人对此都有同感。人最大的缺点在于总是从外部环境找原因，很少发现自身的因素。当我们在唉叹命运的不公时，却没有想到命运是每个人内在思想的具体表现，正是你内心深处的追求引导着你走到今天的位置。有什么样的追求，就有什么样的人生和命运。
追求对命运的影响主要表现在两方面：一，没有任何的追求，大多数人是这样。或许年少时曾有过追求，在遭遇一些挫折后，逐渐放弃了自己的追求。当一个人的内在自我没有任何追求时，他的思想就会象无人照管的花园长满杂草。如果没有追求，消极的东西就会占领你的内心世界，吞噬着你的思想，消磨着你的意志，最终使你的生活陷入困境。二，只是注重物质财富的追别求，而没有顾及精神方面的需求。（ ）追求物质财富，是为了满足精神方面的需求，我们必须知道这一点，如果只是一味的追求物质目标，而不考虑精神方面的追求，当你实现了目标，会发现这一切都毫无意义，最终还是被命运玩弄。
你的人生走向何处，决定与你的追求。
追求决定了人的行为我们每天都在忙忙碌碌，有些事情是必须要做的，有些事却要选择地去做，例如：下班后，有的人去休闲娱乐，有的人在看书学习。他们之所以会有不同的行为，是因为他们具有不同的追求。一个毫无追求的人，他的行为具有很大随意性且毫无目的，一个有追求的人，他的行为都是围绕着目标进行。
我们的社会已经进入信息时代，我们周围的一切每天都在发生巨大变化，我们必须不断丰富自己，才能适应社会的变革，现在处在知识大爆炸的时期。新生事物层出不穷，事物在日新月异。我们应该学习什么？掌握什么？我们今天在做什么事？所有这些行为都取抉我们追求的目标，今天的行为决定你明天的状态今天你有什么样的行为，明天你就会有什么样的结果。许多人向算命师打探自己的未来，这是最愚蠢的行为，你只要问问自己有没有追求、追求的目标是什么？你就知道你的未来是怎样得。你有什么样的追求目标、你就会有什么样的行为，有什么样的行为、就会有什么样的结果？
追求反映了人的思想一个人的追求目标，是其内在思想的具体表现。
不同的人会有不同的追求目标，有的人追求金钱、有的人追求权力、有的人追求享乐，有的人把为他人服务视为自己的终极目标。不论你的'追求目标是什么、是大还是小、都是你思想的再现。如果一个人没有任何的追求，说明了他的思想是一潭死水，这样的人与行尸走肉没有区别。
在确立自己的追求目标之前，应该检查一下自己的思想，追求的目标是否是自己真正需要的、是否损害了他人利益，有没有违背自己的价值观，追求的目标必须与内在自我的精神需求是保持一致，否则实现了目标不但不能满足自我，还会引起痛苦。
确立你的追求目确立你的追求目标，简单地说就是你要成为什么样的人。
这个问题是人生中最基本、也是最重要的问题，大多数人都没有考虑过这个问题，或者说大多数人不相信自己能够成为想成为的人，他们宁可相信命运，而不相信自己。对于这个问题的怀疑也正是他们处于目前状况的根本原因。
要想改变命运、成就人生，第一步就是要确立目标。要射箭之前必须先立好箭靶。
确立你的目标必须要认真对待，你要认真思考一段时间，什么是你内心真正渴望到的，然后写下来，越详细越好，要把目标分为近期的、长期的和你的终极目标，目标确立后就不要随意改变，改变太快的目标，会让你的内在自我难以接受，就不能激发起实现它的动力。
确立目标简单，如何实现目标，具体地实施过程是多数人望而生畏的。实现目标必须有科学方法，许多人之所以不能实现自己的人生目标，就是因为没有掌握方法。只要你学会其中的原则，无论你的目标是金钱、财富、还是其它，实现这些目标就非常容易，而且超出你的想象

虽然火扑灭了，但我的责任恐怕是无法推卸的，我已经做好了充分的心理准备，就在一点点，女佣怒火中烧地走了，远远的我闻到了火药味，幸好女佣还没开始，不然我还能在这写论文吗？哦，我现在真的很后悔，我一定要把那个挑起我是非的鞭炮？
