二、优秀员工的三项基本原则
1、做人做事以德为本，诚信为先。
保持善良的本性是一个合格员工的最基本原则，只知道投机钻营、偷奸耍滑、阳奉阴违、万事利为先、斤斤计较的人是得不到别人的信任和尊重的，这样的人也许会一时得势，但终究会被企业乃至社会抛弃。只有那些保持着善良和正直本性的人们，对他人、对企业、对国家、对社会有所贡献的人，才会得到企业和社会的承认和尊重。
2、勤劳好学，树立良好的作风和习惯。

3、努力工作、以绩显值
大型企业机制中存在的最大弊端就是互相攀比、勾心斗角、人淫于事，很多员工都在以为一旦进入大型企业，就有了铁饭碗，就有了一生不用愁的生活依靠，企业就理所当然地要提供优厚的福利待遇;甚至有人以为拥有了一张大学文凭或是一个技术职称就完成了身份的改变，企业就必须给予提工资、发奖金、晋升职位。
也有的人一旦有了优越的生活条件，就不思进取了，等到企业亏损的时候，就牢***满腹，怨天尤人，★等、靠、要、骂，最终一无所获。要知道一分耕耘一分收获，付出才会有回报，天下没有白吃的午餐，更没有吃不完的奶酪。

三、团结协作、营造良好的人际关系
良好的人际关系来自于必须要发自内心地尊重和理解他人，存感恩之心，真心实意地去关心、帮助他人，换取别人对你的支持。
良好的人际关系是促进我们工作的润滑剂，是一个普通员工成为优秀员工的保障，拥有良好人际关系的员工应是高情商的人，他们是有着成功潜能的人，必将受到企业的`重用。
四、勇于承担责任，在总结中提高自我
古人去：“知错能改，善莫大焉”，我们唾弃那些一出现问题就找理由推诿，不敢正面对待问题、无端指责、百般抱怨、牢***满腹、推卸责任的小人。
每一个公司的员工都应该认清自己肩负的责任、知道自己工作的目标是在一个时期内计划做什么，怎么实施工作计划，实施的情况是如何。最后我们在总结的时候，抠心自问：我对企业有没有作出贡献，还是在企业内混日子?我应该得到什么?我得到了什么，我们应该知道任何的工作失误都会给企业带来损失，任何一个问题的存在，都不应该成为让企业蒙受损失的理由。
