近年来，随着人民生活水平的不断提高，现代家庭安装使用的电器设备也越来越多，如空调、微波炉、电磁灶等，使得家庭中用电的总功率大幅度上升。我县老旧居民楼居室的电源导线一般设计为6至l0A，总负荷1.5至2 kW，当用电总功率超过2.5 kW时就存在电线短路起火、电表烧毁的可能。最常见的莫过于超负荷、电线短路、接触不良等原因引起的电气火灾。那么，老旧居民住宅中如何安全用电，将电气火灾拒之于门外呢?电力管理者认为关键要加强防范。家庭配电箱的布臵及负荷的要求：在老旧居民住宅中，通常家庭中配电箱上都装有熔断器，在熔断器中又安装有保险丝，当通过保险丝的电流超过允许的安全数值时它就会熔断，因此不能将配电箱安放在可燃物品的上方，防止炽热的熔珠落下后将物品引燃。保险丝的选择要根据家庭中电器总功率来确定，选择过大的保险丝起不到保险作用;选择过小的保险丝则会经常被烧断。保险丝的熔断电流通常为额定电流的1.5一2.0倍，若家庭中电器总功率不超过l.lkW的，选择5A的保险丝就可以了;当通过它的电流超过7A时，保险丝就会自动熔断，达到保护的目的。如果选用的保险丝符合规格但又经常熔断，则说明电源线路或用电器有间题，应及时地查找原因以清除隐患，切不可随意更换粗保险丝或干脆用铝、铜甚至铁丝代替，使熔断器起不到保护作用。如果家中电线的安全用电量在2.2 kW ( 10A ，晚上同时

其次，提纯范文“段落写作”。
段落写作分为统一性，连贯性和完整性三方面。
统一性(unity：段落开头的主题句应该做到不可太宽泛，也不可太具体，做到有较强的概括性才能使下文做到有的放矢的展开。范文第二段首句以设问的方式提出一个问题is it a good or bad thing就有很强的概况性。下文自然会一方面从好的方面说明，另一方面从坏的方面说明。
