Please accept my resignation as associate chemist at the GERT Institute. I plan to leave my job here on September 30, 19–, taking a few days of annual leave just prior to that effective date. 池塘里住着一只坏脾气的乌龟，它和常来这里喝水的两只大雁成了好朋友。有一年天太旱，池塘干涸了，乌龟没办法只好决定搬家。它想跟大雁一起去南方生活，但它不会飞。于是，两只大雁找来一根树枝，让乌龟咬着中间，它们俩各执一头，再三叮嘱乌龟千万不能开口说话，然后它们就带着乌龟起飞了。一个孩子发现了它们，觉得这个组合很好玩儿，就拍手笑着对他的小伙伴们说：“大家快看呀，那只乌龟真是太滑稽了!”本来得意洋洋的乌龟听见孩子的.嘲笑声后大怒，就想开口责骂他们。结果，它刚一张口，就从空中跌了下去，摔在一块大石头上一命呜呼。
都是坏脾气惹的祸啊!这只坏脾气的乌龟因为孩子的一句嘲笑而生气，结果却搭上了自己的“龟命”，真是一只傻乌龟!人类自诩为“万物之灵”，可身为“万物之灵”的我们却也常犯这只傻乌龟所犯的错误。
这世上，我们很难找到一个从来没生过气的人，却能很容易地就找到一个为了一点小事就心怀怨恨、大动肝火的人。然而，生气又有什么用呢?无非是自己跟自己过不去，自己跟自己较劲，就好比左右手互博，赢了又怎么样?最后受伤的还不是自己?正如康德所言，“生气就是拿别人的错误来惩罚自己”。
很多时候，我们为之生气的事情，其实根本就不值得生气。它之所以令你生气，是因为你走人了自己思维的死胡同，换一种思路，换一个角度，你会豁然开朗。
生气是一个人对自己所施的一种酷刑，它会严重损害你的健康，使你越来越快地衰老。动辄生气、发火，不仅于人无益，而且对已无利，既伤害了别人，也在惩罚自己，我们又何苦做这种不合算的买卖呢?
如果我们每当生气的时候，也能在心里默默地对自己说：“我不是为了生气而学习的。”“我不是为了生气而工作的。”“我不是为了生气而争论的。”甚至还可以对自己说：“我不是为了生气而活着的。”
既然你不是为了生气而活着的，那么，活着又干吗非要生气呢?既然活着可以不生气，那么，我们又干嘛非要生气地活着呢?

The park is in the south of our city, covering an area of 500 mu. Entering the park you can see statues of children in different races, hand in hand,which is the symbol of the world peace. In the middle is a lake, around Which are all kinds of trees and flowers. There are many boats on the take and some children are boating happily, To the south of the lake is a hill with a lot of monkeys on it. The Children＇s Pa]ace lies to the east, in which all kinds of exhibitions are on show. To the west of the lake is a place for children to play, where there are many recreational facilities.
