一会儿我们就来到了九峰公园，那儿绿树成阴，空气清新，令人心旷神怡。突然，我发现了一个蚂蚁的巢穴，那儿时常有蚂蚁在进进出出。我在洞口放了一大块月饼，骤然间，一支庞大的蚂蚁军队立刻展现在我们的眼前。蚂蚁们井然有序，却有些匆忙地开始搬运起月饼，不一会儿，这一大块月饼就被搬运走了，连地上的一点饼屑也被清理的'一干二净。
突然，一只小鸟从我身旁飞过，我一把就抓住了它。这只鸟好小啊！毛软软的，摸上去好舒服。我抱着它，轻轻抚摸它，它却喳喳叫不停，还拼命挣扎，好像不喜欢。我突然想起老师教我们的道理，也许鸟妈妈正在焦急地呼唤着它的孩子呢！虽然很不舍得，我还是恋恋不舍地放开它了，看着它颤颤悠悠地飞去，我开心极了！

公园的`人真不少，大概也是来锻炼的吧！明楼公园锻炼的体育器材也很多，密密麻麻地排成一排，有单杠、双杠、仰卧起坐板、平衡木......人们要是玩累了，可以坐在石凳、木凳上休息。
我和爸爸走到了最低的单杠前，爸爸叫我把身体撑起来，可是 我撑了半天也没撑起来，无奈，只好让爸爸助我一臂之力，“哈，终于撑上去了。”我高兴地叫起来，本以为就这样好了，没想到还要翻身，这吓得我半天也没反应过来，爸爸说：“不用怕，我会保护你的。”爸爸的这句话给了我力量，放大了胆子，没想到我竟然能翻过去，也没什么可怕的，还挺好玩的。
后来我又玩了平衡木，我以为凭我的烂技术，肯定要摔跤的，没想到我像只小猴一样，一次也没摔就到了终点，真有趣呀。我又去玩了双杠，仰卧起坐板......真难忘呀！
锻炼过后，我感到神清气爽，怪不得每天都有这么多人来公园锻炼身体。
