“型男大主厨”里教导我如何制作意大利面、蛋炒饭和各种美食；詹姆士把他所学会的通通传授给我，师傅的厨艺也令人赞叹。时而也会看见不同艺人上节目唱歌、跳舞、宣传。它不但增进我的厨艺，也让我欣赏到歌手们的悦耳的好歌喉。
还有还有！“超级偶像”里的'歌手陈洁，长得漂亮有气质，唱起歌来又如此陶醉；谢安也是，一开口就能带动大家、感动大家，而且是节目里最多粉丝的歌手；再加上小小年纪的张一龙，高音呈现如此完美。时时有高潮、处处有惊喜，也让我更加喜欢这个节目。
不过，并非所有的电视节目都是“有益身心”。剧情过于暴力、对白用词不雅，甚至带有情色意味……等，这些都会让污染观众纯洁、善良、幼小的心灵。所以，我认为相关单位应该扮演好把关及监督的角色，而聪明的观众也应该细心挑选节目，千万不可“照单全收”，让电视成为伤害我们的“损友”。
电视带给我欢乐，是我的知心好友；电视带给我知识，是我的良师益友；电视带给我更广阔的视野，是我生活中的伙伴。因为有它，我的生活不再是黑白！
