你也许会问这样的尾巴有什么用呢？是这样的，由于我们袋鼠很容易遭到敌人的袭击，所以我们在休息时，也总要保持着高度警惕，把我们的尾巴支在后面，就像坐凳子一样稳定。
当我们遇到敌人时，只要把尾巴用力一弹，后肢向前一跳，就能跳出七八米远，二三米高，并靠尾巴保持身体的平衡。
