以前，我是懦弱的，无力反抗他人的打压，同学们都瞧不起我，认为我一无是处。遇到困难就会被打倒或哭泣，不能勇敢地去面对。我希望能战胜困难，变得坚强起来。可我的能力不足，不能冲出去，或许是我没有勇气，不相信自己。

有一次，冬天下雪路面结冰了。父亲送我去上学。他走在前面，我跟在他的后面。慢慢地走着，父亲在前面走两步等等我。害怕自己走远了，我没跟上会摔倒的。我刚开始不在意，认为没有什么。走了一会儿后，我有些着急了，心想：这么冷的天，父亲走路还要等我。我有些过意不去。便加快了脚步。不料，一个踉跄，我不幸摔倒了。摔得我痛苦不堪，站不起来，多希望有人能来将我扶起。父亲并没有马上扶我。而是让我自己站起来。我抱怨父亲。我怕父亲冷，才加快脚步，不幸摔倒了。父亲不但不扶我，还说我自己不小心。我决定与父亲怄气。站不起来，即使地面很寒冷。这时，父亲终于走了过来了，我立刻开心起来。父亲走到我面前，蹲下来。他并没有马上扶起我，而是轻轻地和蔼地告诉我。说：“女儿，你要坚强，要自己站起来，父亲不可能每次都在你的`身边，在你遇到困难时，将你扶起来。你要自己爬起来，重新面对生活，大胆往前。”说完。父亲将我扶了起来。并且告诉我：“这是父亲最后一次扶你，以后你要自己站起来。”父亲带着我走向了学校。我想了想父亲的话，觉得无比有道理。

父亲不可能每次都帮助我，我要自己救自己。自己坚强起来。克服困难，大胆走向前方，前面的道路是光明的。

坚强是滔滔大江的河流，没有它，就只是一片泛滥的波浪。所以我要坚强。坚强让明天更好。
