节约粮食，人人皆知，可都没有做到过。
许多人认为节约粮食是不大方，你们知道吗，世界闻名的******一生就是粗茶淡饭，生活极为简朴。有一次，他召开会议到中午还没有结束，他留大家吃午饭，餐桌上一大盆肉丸熬白菜、几小碟咸菜，主食是烧饼。贵为一国之尊，节约意识竟如此强烈，令人赞叹。
小的时候妈妈就教我背过一首诗：锄禾日当午，汗滴禾下土，谁知盘中餐，粒粒皆辛苦。当时我不能理解这诗的含文，可后来有一次我和家人去老家玩，看到在田里辛勤劳动的人们，我才知道收获一粒粮食农民所要付出的汗水和辛苦。我就是从那时起，吃饭不挑食，吃多少就盛多少，碗里再也不剩饭粒了。
那是暑假里的一天，爸爸要在家里请客，中午的时候，家里来了许多客人，这下该我们忙活的时候到了。
我为客人洗水果，爸爸就忙着现摆起他的茶艺来了。最忙活的就是妈妈了，不长时间，妈妈就为客人准备了一桌丰盛的午餐，他们都吃的津津有味，赞不绝口的`夸妈妈手艺好。
下午，客人走了，我帮妈妈收拾吃剩的饭菜。我把饭菜倒进了一个垃圾袋，准备扔掉，妈妈看见了，严肃地对我说：“干嘛到掉了，物价这么贵，不要浪费粮食，况且我们吃的都是农民伯伯辛苦种植的，因该珍惜劳动成果，正所谓谁只盘中餐，粒粒皆辛苦。”通过这件事我受到了深刻的教育。
从那时起，我的脑海中经常浮现一些情景，那不是别的，正是空荡荡的餐厅，零乱摆着的餐盘里却还剩有许多的饭菜……
节约粮食是我们中华民族的传统美德，无论家里的收入高低，再有多富裕，我们都应该节约粮食，我们要从现在做起，从生活中的点点滴滴做起，养成良好的节约粮食的好习惯。

Time flies like an arrow before we realize it .It is known that nothing is more precious than time. The good old proverb "time is money" reminds us that time is valuable. When time goes by, it will never return. However, it is a pity that some people don't make full use of their time .They spend a lot of time in sleeping, chatting playing computer games or other unmeaning matters. . They don't realize that wasting time is actually equal to killing themselves. They always regret not having made great achievements. One of the reasons may be they do not make good use of time. Therefore, in order to be successful, they should first get into the habit of being on time. It’s a sign of cherishing time. Don't put off what can be done today until tomorrow. Being lazy will eventually lead to failure. Don't wait, because you don't know how long it will take when you put off your plan.

For thousands of years， animals have trodden a slow path， their spirits together with the body。 But our human being\'s transportation is too fast。 The body moves but the soul is left behind。 We try to free ourselves in convenience， but we only imprison the soul。 Since we invented how to count hours， we do everything to short the time， short the deadline。 But the time saved can\'t be shorten。 Nowadays， we spend lots of time staying in front of a TV just changing the channels， while we have no time to talk with a good friend or play with our family。 We have plenty of time to search old news on the internet， while we hardly think about our life。 In the end， the only thing apparent is our loneliness。

这是我暑假阅读中所积累的，探寻了“勤俭节约”的历史与名言警句。
历史上，古今中外有许多节约的故事不胜枚举，比如中国的伟大领袖***、英国女王伊丽莎白二世、中国外交部长***……令我最敬佩的是***。他要求别人的自己会先做好，他一生的粗茶淡饭，穿粗布衣，睡硬板床，生活极为简朴。一件睡衣穿了20年，缝补了70余次。在经济困难的时候，他自己主动减薪，降低生活标准。一顿饭只有一大盆肉丸，熬白菜，几小碟咸菜，主食吃烧饼。伟人在这方面做出了表率，我们因当向他学习。
英国女王伊丽莎白二世经常说的一句英国谚语是“节约便士，英镑自来”每天深夜她都亲自熄灭白金汉宫小厅堂和走廊的灯。她坚持皇家用的牙膏要挤到一点不剩。
我在生活中也有许多勤俭节约的故事。有一次我从地铁站出来，太阳晒着皮肤，隐隐有些刺痛，当时我身上还剩40余元，可以打个车去餐馆吃饭，但是我回想起了当时的零元钱生存挑战难赚钱的情景，我觉得父母赚钱也不容易。我自言自语的说：“反正路近，干脆走过去算了。”在走的时候我几次想反悔，但是我说到要做到，我几次鼓励自己说：“我一定可以的!”不久到家了，但已是满头大汗。
多少年来，中国发展的各个时期，非常艰苦，勤俭节约都作为一种社会认同的传统美德，在中国持续和发扬。这也是我国从小到大，从弱到强的重要因素。
艰苦生活虽然离我们越来越远，但是我们仍应牢记：平日里要节约缩食，困难时才易渡过难关;富足时将华奢侈，困难时将难以生存。节约需要我们从一点一滴做起，从身边细小的事情做起，不因事微而不为，不因利小而弃之。我们要从身边事、身边物做起，加强节约养成节约的好习惯。 滴水亦成河。如果我们每个人都能做到节约，汇集起来将支撑我们走向光明的未来!让我们从现在做起、从点滴做起、从身边做起、节约每滴油、每升水、每度电、每分钱、每张纸、强化勤俭观念，减少和杜绝浪费，推动企业的科学发展。
