星期六中午,我和游泳队的小朋友们一起去新昌比赛。经过一个多小时的车程,我们来到新昌瑞和度假村的游泳馆。
换上游泳衣后,老师先让我们做了一会儿热身运动,不一会儿比赛正式开始了。等啊、等啊……突然老师叫到了我的名字,我心惊胆战地看着妈妈。妈妈看到我紧张的样子,便蹲下身子亲切地对我说:“不要害怕,我相信你可以的!”
听了妈妈的话,我马上调整心态,站上跳水台。一声哨响,我跃入水中,开始了50米蛙泳比赛。我竭尽全力游到了终点,最终游了57秒的成绩。这成绩一般般,但妈妈还是表扬了我,说我比以前进步了。之后,我还比了200米混合泳,没有犯规,游完了全程。
这是我进体校一年来参加的第一次游泳比赛。虽然离达标成绩还很遥远,但我会继续努力的,会认真记住教练说的:“每次比赛,先要战胜的是自己,成绩一次比一次好也是一种进步。”
